    Very good travel agency, www.ramsestours.comi, I like the tour so much. Nothing bad to say.

    Our GATE1 Travel Guide was amazing. The travel company uses a number of boats within the Nabila group and he said it was the first time they were on that boat. He is recommending to use a different boat within their tour. I don't blame him! He was on the phone with his boss trying to get things figured out because a majority of the staff (with exception to restaurant staff) weren't very customer orientated.

    As far as entertainment, there was a Galabaya dance party in the lounge the last night ...

    The ship "Ramses - King of the Nile" owned by Al Nabila Group was in very poor condition. The carpet was very dirty, as was the bathroom, and the cabin was full of insects, and bed linen was dirty. The cutlery was also dirty, and china was broken and cracked and there was not enough for the small number of passengers. The lift in the ship was not working. The air conditioning did not work properly, where the temperatures reached 46* C., as the controls were broken. The ship frequently cut off th ...
