    We hired the car from DoYouSpain.com the online booking was very efficient. On arrival at Alicante we picked the car up from Goldcar rentals. However, from a quote of 196.31 euros online we actually paid 317.31 euros!. The extra was 45 euros for extra insurance, 76 euros for fuel(in a Fiat Linea), then the IVA. The IVA we obviously accept but feel it should have been included on original quote. The fuel we feel is completely overcharged. We topped the fuel to get us back to airport on last day, indicator was almost on empty we topped up with 10 euros and the indicator showed the tank to be over half full!!! Have emailed DoYouSpain.com but as yet have received no reply.

    Booked with Do you Spain who I don't have a problem with but you can still get ripped off. They found me a car with Goldcar. When I returned from holiday they added an additional 150 euro without my knowledge or my consent. They also charged extra for being fully comp which was supposed to be covered. Do not trust Goldcar in any region of Spain as they are mentioned on lots of forums for doing this. I wished I had checked them out before. Because I had used DYS before and had no problems I ...

    do not use Doyou, goldcar in spain they gave us a car that had worn tyres and while they reimbursed us to replace they put us at serious risk of an accident

    My car hire from Malaga airport cost me 155 euros not the 105 euros that I was quoted on the website as complete with "no hidden extras".
    I have emailed Doyou twice on the website and been ignored.
    I am now taking legal action.

    i have booked hire cars through Doyou 3 times now and the final bill has been double that quoted on line.

    my complaints have gone unanswered..........steer very clear

    We arrived at murcia airport Doyou, Spain didn't have any cars and were not sure when they would arrive asked us to go away and have a coffee!!

    Overall pretty happy with Doyou. Was put off by some bad reviews of the company but lack of money made us risk it - and we're glad we did. Car was great, price of hire was great, no problems picking up or dropping off, just a shame it felt like they were trying to make money off us with their fuel policy. Really quick and easy pick up at airport, much cheaper than any of the others we looked at and the car was practically new and very clean.

    Definitely a car hire company i would re-use again and recommend to others to use. Excellent prices and competitive. Given free upgrade on arrival! Can't complain about that!
    Car was superb, clean, fuelled to the very top, and the staff behind the customer service desk spoke good standard of English and offered fantasic customer service.     I was asked to return the car as I had received it petrol wise and I filled up before arriving at airport, no one checked this as you just drop keys at desk and when I returned home I found they had charged to my credit card details 23 euros for petrol!! It comes down to your word against theirs unfortunately so I would advise you get them to sign your bill saying checked for peace of mind!!

    Have had cars from Doyou, Spain in Ibiza for the last 5 holidays. Pick up any time of day or night by previous arrangement. No charges made for this service.I have found them to be a good reliable supplier who are not a bunch of nit pickers, like some UK providers.

    Recommend without hesitation.

    And my question to the person who scored them 0 saying they're an agency and there are better deals out there is this . . . NAME ONE! We use doyouspain always and wouldn't use anyone else.

    The service is excellent and far cheaper than you would pay from the companies themselves. I would use them every time I fly out to Spain and would highly recommend them to everyone. We have used this company twice this year, once in Alicante once in Valencia . The email confirmation came quickly and there were no problems with the booking. You don't pay until you arrive at the airport (so there is no chance of fraud) but you will get the price you agreed on-line - no questions. The cars were in ...

    Doyou Spain is a Car Hire agency and uses Goldcar/Europa as their car providers. There are many other better providers out there.
