    I booked a limo from Limo Broker for my son's prom, they explained it was a very busy date and I was calling quite late (a week before) but they managed to squeeze me in and got me a great vehicle for him and his 6 friends. They had a great time and the limo was brilliant.

    Overall I was happy with the service from Limo Broker, the people on the phone were great and the price was competitive however I wasn't happy with the colour of the vehicle. It wasn't a bright enough pink.

    The booking was very quick and the Limo Broker salesperson very polite and friendly. Unfortuantely the limo was late by 20 minutes, but that was down to traffic, the driver apologised and we went on to have a great prom. Thanks a lot!

    Very polite when booking and good prices, then it fell to pieces. They couldn't commit to the booking, told me there was a double booking so I would receive a refund on deposit, then told me that I couldnt get a refund and needed to pay additional £75 for the same vehicle, then told me that even thought I booked a 14 seater and paid for it that I wasnt entitled to it as there was only 10 people so I had to make do!

    Limo Broker is the worst limo company EVER.!! You order your vehicle and they take your deposit, only to find the vehicle you want is no longer available and try and give you a completely different one, if your not happy, tough you've lost your deposit. Great cheers!! In summary the vehicles they have on their site are not theirs, so it's false advertising, really rude and unhelpful

    Limo Broker's drivers are rude and unhelpful.Will never refund your money or even deposit.Did not provide a service which was indicated.Customer service manager is constantly on the phone or in a meeting.

    I booked a limo for a late night collection for my sister's 30th birthday. The limo never showed up and the contact number I was given rang unanswered. I called Limo Broker on the following Monday and they "explained" the limo had been running an an hour and a half late, but the number they had given me belonged to a different driver who "must have switched his phone off".     Absolutely fantastic service provided by limo broker. I enquired about booking a wedding car and a limo for the bridesmaids. I was offered a discount if I booked all my wedding transport with them, so they also booked my coach through their sister company. This saved me a lot of hassle, time and money. I was very happy with their service.

    They were brilliant, they turned up at the right time (they where actually a little bit early, but the driver didn't mind waiting). The car was stunning and all my family had a great time. I would recommend this company to anyone

    I thought the limo I booked via Limo Broker was disappointing from start to finish. A1 was the limo company they booked for me and I was totally disappointed! The limo appeared to be in a poor condition (broken lights, ripped seats etc), the driver drove through 2 red lights, was over 1 hour late picking us up therefore we missed half of the theatre performance we were due to see.     We hired a black limo for my Dad's 60th birthday as a surprise and we we were very happy and enjoyed the experience. My Dad has always wanted to travel in a limousine and Limo Broker made his day! Thank you! If I ever book a limo again, I will definitely use Limo Broker. Highly Recommended company!

    Basically I had to get my own transport to my wedding since the limo FAILED to turn up and did not even inform me they were not coming! I only found out they were not coming because I rang them as they were late. When I did get through and asked where they were they told me to make other arrangements.     I feel that Limo Broker really messed up my nieces hen party. What was to be special was a disaster. The limo never arrived at the stated pick up point. She did not receive a phone call. When we complained they did not appear interested and did not even offer an apology.

    We hired a Rolls Royce Phantom through Limo Broker's wedding car department and we had a very good experience. Although our wedding was running slightly late, the chauffeur was so flexible and made things so much easier for us. They saved me so much time. All I done will simply gave them details of the type of car I wanted and did the rest, called me back with a quote and I booked straight away. As for the quote, I paid £45 more than another company but the service was so much worth it ...

    Limo Broker is a brilliant idea, They do all the leg work for you, all the running around, find you the best deals and the best Cars. They absolutely made my daughters wedding. My son is getting married next year and we will definitely use them for the Stag night, Hen Night and the Wedding itself. Thank you Limo Broker!!

    Absolutely appalling! Basically the person that you book the limo with - is the ONLY person in the office who can deal with your booking in the future. I told this person, when I booked the limo, that I would confirm the time of pick up nearer the date. I called two weeks before the date of the booking, and he told me (abruptly) to email him the details. I did. No repsonse. Emailed again. No response. Phoned to be told by a very unhelpful and rude member of staff that I should phone again becaus ...

    From personal experience I would advise against using this firm. If this is how they behave with a child's party, I would hate to rely on them for a wedding. Spare yourself anguish, don't book with this company.

    After everything that went wrong, I still paid the driver, as he said he could not give me money off and I would have to speak to the head office. After calling their head office, I was told to email the complaint through, to which I received a reply saying none of it was their fault!! I feel extremely upset that I paid such a lot of money for such a terrible service and nothing was done to resolve the situation, which is why I'm writing this now. I would not use Limo Broker again.
