“Terrible service”

We recently used this company to book a party bus for my sister in laws 21st birthday. We paid a deposit and a week before the event was contacted by the company to confirm all pick up and drop off locations. We had also booked a restaurant and paid a deposit there as it was a large booking. The bus was due to arrive at 6pm we were ready and waiting when the bus did not arrive. We immediately contacted limo broker when they assured us it was on its way and gave us a number to ring, which was a dead line! When ringing them back again they had left the office with no other contactable number. Our night was completely ruined and subsequently we lost our deposit at the restaurant. Since then our dealings with limo brokers have been appalling..... no explanation as to why it never turned up... no offer of compensation for ruining such a special occasion and unbelievably we had To go through our bank to get our deposit refunded as they couldn't even do this simple thing! Every time we ask for a manager they are in a meeting and no one bothers to call back! Would not recommend at all!

“Limobroker review limo hire”

Well all started ok. Week before was told either pay then or on day, thought then more incentive to perform. And should make payment to limo co direct (A-star cars) Couldnt get hold of the limo co initially but finally got through and payment could only be made by bank transfer (bells rang then but still done it) Day of event the car arrived as planned only 15 mins later than planned so not concerned. Us 8 got in and driven to london which was mostly closed due to a cycling event so we bailed out and walked. Coming out of theatre i get a text to say car broken down and to call alt no. For limo. No response from that no. So go back to nos on my booking form. The original one answers and tells me to get a cab, there were 8 of us 80 miles from home! So no chance i would pay for that expecting a refund! He then left it leavei it with me and i shall arrange a taxi. Half hour later, i get his voicemail. I phoned the alternative no on booking form and got a call back from another man. He also cant get hold of a-star cars and is digusted by their response so offers to drive us back home. 1 hour later our original car turns up driven by the second guy on his day off. I have no idea of his connection with A-star cars or limobrokers but just glad we all got home and with possessions we left. Not blaming limobookers here but they seriously need to vet who they have on their books! We made it from west end to liverpool st (£30 on tube) with a disabled person with no care for us to get home at all which is terrible. (My language is toned down for obvious reasons) If i was reading this AVOID AVOID AVOID and pay the extra to go to company direct

“Worst customer service. DO NOT USE”

We booked a limo from Limo Broker for Friday Night 24/3/17. We wanted a limo to pick us up from 5 different locations and drop us back at the end of the night on 4 different locations. In addition we asked the agent Mr K.P. if we could arrange to collect us from a different point and time*. He said that we can arrange that directly with the driver at that night about the return pick up location and the exact time that would be no later than 02:00. So, with all that agreed we booked through limo broker and not other cheaper companies who offered just 2 pick up locations. We paid the deposit and they sent us the contact details of Enchanted Limousines who would supply the limo for the night. So, the driver arrived, picked us all up, but not in the order we have asked, which caused some delay. In addition the driver had to let us out of the car in front of a petrol station, we all got out of the car because his calculations was wrong and the car bumped on the pavement in his attempt to maneuver the car around. So, we delayed total 20 mins because of those, but they did not charged us more. So, on our arrival at the destination we asked the driver to give us his phone number in order to arrange the exact time and location to pick us up for the return journey. He then said that he is not coming for us, but his boss would do. So, I asked if the number I already had was his boss's number and he said yes. When we tried to contact the boss/driver about the pick up location and time, we failed. We sent 4-5 texts and over 15 calls but not replied. We have been waiting over an hour for his reply, but nothing, so, we took taxis back home and we paid about £50 more in total. So, we decided to contact the Limo Broker about a refund. The agent Mr K.P. is not replying to our emails or calls, every time I called he was busy on another line or lunch. So, we spoke with R. from the customer service, who blamed us for that. She said that we requested different collection point and that was our fault. But Mr K. P. clearly says on his email that we could have this option. Then she said that we called the wrong number. But that number was the only one we had. Then she said we should speak with the Enchanted Limousines who provided the car. We spoke with them and they told us to speak with Limo broker. We spoke again with R. at Limo Broker who told us we are not getting any refund from them and we should speak with Enchanted Limousines. We called again Enchanted Limousines but nothing they can do. So, we lost our money. BEWARE of LIMO BROKERS. *Here is the part of K.'s email saying we could arrange a different collection point. We provided a quotation for the Chrysler C300 Baby Bentley Limousine for £325.00 on the basis on a collection with a drop off and then to return you from a different location in Glasgow back to the initial collection point.

“Great service ”

Am very happy with this service we booked only a month and half before the event, we was offered £100 off the party bus was great turned up on time the driver was friendly and helpful, overall really happy with the service and would defo recommend. I believe our bus came from brighton.

“rip off merchants”

This company is a discrace 1) the quotes they give you are false and they up them closer to the date 2) if you then cancel within 28 days they try to tell you that they are owed the full amount. This is not true as there is no contract and they keep all of the money ( I checked with the limo driver) 3) their customer service is a discrace DO NOT USE LIMOBROKERS

“Terrible ”

Completely unprofessional, extortionists. Don't use them. I booked online, paid my deposit online - which was taken from my account. I was called back to be informed that the website had an error and I had been miss quoted! I explained that I had enter all the details correctly and there was no mistake on my part, that I had entered an agreement with them and paid my deposit, I explained that they should honour the quote. I spoke to a very rude customer service 'manager' who addressed me as 'love' - entirely unprofessional. Needless to say they refused to honour the quote and I was told very lies regarding their legal standing and the limo that was booked was no longer available.... but they could send me exactly the same limo for £500 more!! I won't hold my breath to be getting my deposits back soon.

Hi we had a Rang Rover Limo booked for The Bride and Bridesmaids to go in Which This Did Arrive!! Also a Lambo Wedding car booked for My husband for our wedding Party this month As we got married aboard The Lambo was a self drive hire for my husband It was supposed to arrive at our house at 9am in the morning for us to have for the weekend It Did not arrive here at all So I rung the company they was NO HELP at all to me This car was booked for over a year No one on the phone could be bothered to do anything at all They give us the number to ring the provider but there was no answer at all then there was no such number. My husband was not happy. The manager on the phone was saying to us there's nothing I can do I've rung them and left an email The car is not Coming I can't do anything else apart from give your deposit back It was not the point Which we still have not recived yet this was not good enough to us.. So I was ringing around other company's to try and find my husband another Lambo to have for our wedding party Which I did find 1 from DH Cullen What an Amazing Comapany this is my husband was really really happy they was so so helpful on the phone and done everything for us I would recommend anyone to use DH Cullen 5 ** rating for this company Please anyone thinking of using Limo broker please read all reviews first as its a lot of money to waste and not get your dream car for weddings etc DO NOT USE LIMO BROKER AT ALL USELESS!!!!

ALSO BEWARE! It's not good but everyone should take time to read their terms and conditions as they clearly state that all deposits are non-refundable. They have all sorts of caveats that will increase the cost of your hire, such as £15.00 for a change of the name of the person booking, up to £45.00 to changing the date of the hire, and lots in between. BEWARE!.

“DREAMS SHATTERED ARRGGH”

If you want to experience the quality of poor service and dreams shattered limo brokers are excellent in providing that service, they are amazing at lieing, superb at ignoring calls, experts in mindplay and diversion, the best company for providing what they cant, excitingly i assure you, you cannot get any worst service....hats off to you....i applaud you for your poor communication, i salute you for not knowing what you are doing, and the list goes on......but i love you for not being able to rob me nearly.

“Do not use! Wedding car didn't arrive! ”

Unfortunately I hired a wedding car that didn't arrive - it was sub-contracted to another company who never actually recieved a booking dispite me being contacted by Limo Broker to confirm the car had been booked in another colour as white was not available. I am still waiting on a refund for my deposit and cannot get through to customer services as the only number shown is for sales who will not put me through. As you can imagine this ruined my wedding day and the fact Limo Brokers don't seem to care makes it feel that much worse As far as I am concerned Limo Brokers have taken my money not provided any service and are not giving it back..

“Shocking”

Don't actually own any vehicles (not made entirely clear from the outset) and seem to be in the habit of booking a job in at a price that suits them/gets them a booking, then spend the time until the day trying to source a provider that can/will do it. If they can't, expect a phone call at the last minute to let you know of a 'mechanical issue' or something similar. They did this to me at 16.30pm, the day before they were due to pick me & 12 others up at 5am to go to the airport, with a 'nothing we can do' attitude an barely an apology. When calling around to frantically find myself a last minute alternative I actually found the supplier Limo Brokers booked the job with, who told me he'd let them know he couldn't do it weeks ago and had they really only just let me know?! Awful company, awful service; if you're comfortable with a good chance you'll be let down at the last minute then these guys are for you. If not, avoid like the plague and let your friends know too!

“Surprised this company is still functioning”

Had a shockingly bad experience on my wedding day with this company. On the very day of my wedding, they called up to say that my Limo had broken down and there is no replacement available. They washed their hands off with regards to taking any blame and just asked me to take it up with the 3rd party company, details of which were never explained to me before this day. I was left in limbo because of this atrociously 'evil' company. I have to mention the word 'Evil' because that is exactly how I was treated on the day of my wedding. My entire day was ruined by this company, and I hope to God that this company suffers the way I did, along with all the dodgy staff they have involved in their unethical practises.

“Horrible Service - AVOID!”

Booked two cars for my wedding through this company. Would never use them again given the appalling level of customer service. Cars were booked through two different providers, which was not made clear to me at the start. Then deposit amounts shown on bookings were wrong. Subsequently my requests for ribbon colours were not correctly communicated to the providers. One provider was fine and called me the week before to finalise details and arrange payment. The other did not answer either of the numbers on my booking form for them. On following up with Limo Broker, I was given a third number which was answered by someone who was driving at the time, and was able to finalise details. However, on the day of the wedding the back seat of the car provided was covered in coffee, causing large stains on the back of all of the bridesmaids' dresses and ruining the day for them. Limo Broker contacted me for feedback after the wedding day and when I provided the above feedback I was told that they were just a broker and the standard of service was nothing to do with them! They effectively washed their hands of the issue and told me to take it up with the provider. I have two issues with this - firstly, they were the ones who selected the provider and arranged for the service to be provided to me. Thus they are responsible in my eyes. Secondly, why ask for feedback if you refuse to act on it! Until this company is prepared to accept that they owe their customers a duty of care for services they arrange then they should not be trusted or used. Limo Broker very nearly ruined my wedding day. AVOID!

That's really appalling, but not a unique experience for their customers.

I am sorry to say that they have been getting away with this behavior for a very long time now, despite being featured on Watchdog and having appalling reviews.

Having a a slick website and a smart hard-sell salesmen does not necessarily equate to the ability to provide a good and professional service.

“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

On the 2nd May I booked a limo for my daughter's prom on the 30th June through limo broker. I paid. £100 deposit and received two emails confirming the booking and naming the limo company as Alpine Cars. I checked the Alpine website and noted them to have a fleet of cars so felt comfortable with this booking. Yesterday I received a call from limo broker informing me that the booked driver was sick and advising that I could have a refund of my deposit or pay a further £100 for another limo. I was obviously upset as we cannot afford another £100 and I asked did the company not have an obligation to provide me with car as per our agreement, apparently not, and when I pursued this argument the customer service advisor became offensive and asked if I expected the driver to drive my daughter when he was unwell and possibly put his life at risk. I struggled to get my point across that I obviously did not expect a sick man to drive the car and expressed that I was insulted by this suggestion. I asked was there not another driver that could drive the limo,and was advised he was a one man operation. Following the call I again checked the Alpine website and contacted the company - they said they had never had my booking. I again took this up with limo broker who denied ever having made me a booking with Alpine. I sent them a copy of their booking confirmation. Despite this evidence they forwarded me an agreement in my name with another company ( presumably the one owned by the sick man), an agreement I had not seen before yesterday and a company I had not heard of. They say I never had a booking with Alpine despite my email evidence! This company is appalling. The customer service advisor has offended me deeply by suggesting I would expect a sick man to drive my daughter and her friend. In my opiniont They have been rude, dishonest and unreliable. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs or risk being badly let down.

Awful experience from start to finish. Did not get the vehicle that I booked and paid for, hidden fees and terrible customer service. BOOK DIRECT WITH A LIMO COMPANY - these guys simply take your money and waste your time. NEVER USE LIMO BROKER, THE GOOD REVIEWS CAN ONLY BE FAKE

“The worst ”

Having looked at the internet looking for a limo I come across limo broker. The site seemed good and professional this was till I booked the limo. When I tried to call the staff and ask questions I got put on hold then cut of 3 times. I then got to talk to the staff and asked if I could cancel my limo 28 days before I was meant to go. The staff was very rude to me and said no and threated to take me to court and wasn't being reasonable in any way. I said I understand to lose the deposit but not to pay in full when I have given 28 days notice and been trying to get in contact with them 3 days before that. I asked the manager to give me a call back to discuss the matter further to get told they will call when they are not busy, I replied will they call today? . The response I got was they will call when they are not busy and that's it. I thought the customer was always right and deserved to be treated with some respect. When the manger did call me she was very rude told me that im paying in full and hang up on me. I expected a more mature and professional behaviour especially from a manger. I will not be using this service again and will be using A1 limos as they are more professional and treat there customers with respect and are very good value for money.

“Absolutely Useless, Awaful service”

I booked through them Even after reconfirming a day before the car did not turn up. They just take there deposit money and do not accept any responsibility of any issue afterward. Avoid at any cost

“Awful ”

We hired a Pink Limo for my Daughter 11th Bday. A White Limo showed up on the day, with no explanation beforehand. Just take it or leave it attitude.We was told that there was going to be drinks as there was a mixture of adults and kids. One bottle of Coke,no champagne provided as I was informed there would be. I had to go to Tesco to purchase more drinks,demanded that the driver should buy a bottle of Champagne, to then find out when we set off he picked up the cheapest Cava going. Being told by the driver that he has had little sleep and is shattered, all the equipment on board was broken no tv screen working, no music that my daughter wanted to play would work as this to was broken. I was informed by Limo Broker's that the driver all the key areas to visit throught london...he did not. He was driving but had no idea of where he was going. Plus the driver felt the need to spend over 45 minutes trying to pay an outstanding car insurance bill that we could clearly hear over the speakers. There is so much more that took place that day, but the moral of this review is not to use Limo Broker's. Unfortunately my daughters and guests experience was not as good as others.

“Daughters 21st”

Ordered a Pink 13,seater for my daughters 21st as a surprise. Arrived promptly at 7.00 and chauffeur was extremely pleasant and discussed our travel plans. Daughter was so excited and we had a wonderful time driving around until we got to the nite club. Wonderful company and wud highly recommend services Thank you

“Memorable experience for daughter's 13th birthday!”

Beautiful vehicle,arrived bang on time and the driver was friendly. Plenty of drinks to go around for everyone. Although the Ballons for the birthday decorations were there as requested but could have been better decorated! We had booked a return journey from the restaurant and at the last moment we had to change venues and the driver offered to pick us up from the new venue without fuss!! Very happy with the service.
