I phoned Limobrokers to book a pink limo, the colour was my only stipulation. They informed me that a pink limo is more expensive than a white one. I understood, so I paid the extra. I spoke with their sale representative ‘Liam’ and he assured me that this was no problem. There were a few phone calls to negotiate price, but I never faltered on requiring the pink limo. This company is a complete nightmare! After placing my initial enquiry online they constantly bombard u with emails phone calls and give u what u think is a good price. I decided to go ahead but told them I didn't have a exact address of where I wanted to be picked up and was told that that didn't matter I could hold the limo with £60 deposit and once I know address change it later. Please don't use this Limo service.... They lie to you, promise things that never arrive.. when you complain, they SAY they will try and sort things out.. they don't. They are currently avoiding my calls because they sold me a baby bentley limo with 6 bottles of champagne and birthday decorations BUT INSTEAD! I requested a car for my friends wedding. I was given a price and then redirected to their 'payment team', he immediately asked me for my card details which I thought was odd so I specifically asked him to confirm my deposit of £50 - he did so and then asked for my card details again, I gave him the details and suddenly the deposit changed to £84. I was given a quote by this company for a very competitive limo price, but when I followed this up, I was told that I'd never spoken to that company and that they never gave me that quote. Please do not use Limo Broker under any circumstances, they are the worst, most unprofessional, rude, company I have ever come across. Everything went wrong with this company. I used this company to hire a hummer for a 21st birthday I called office and the staff there really knew what they were doing and gave very good description of the cars they had to offer. I had a great deal much cheaper than other companies I tried and the hummer was excellent we had bottles of champagne to drink whilst we travelled to our destination. Beware of this company. You use their app to get a quote for a vehicle and then when you book with them the confirmation email is for another car. I telephoned immediately and was told it would be an additional £250 to get car that you want. They would not refund my deposit ( and be careful as credit card section 75 claims don't apply to amounts below £101). All in all a thoroughly awful company. Do not use !!!!!! (read more)

I went onto the website to get a quote for a limo. They did that fine. I put it all in my name. Then the next day they contacted my house phone, which my mum answered as I was not at home. They then proceeded to make arrangements with my mum instead of me, which I found very unprofessional. The car in itself was ok but not what i booked, as my booking was brokered out to another company , but the service from the brokers themselves was absolutely appalling. All vey charming when you are booking agreed on the telephone to accommodate 9 people but on the day refused so had to order a taxi as well as the limo, decorations promised they consisted of one generic birthday banner and 4 miserable balloons. After reading previous reviews i personally find it ridiculous on what people have writ as comments. I have used the company several times and had nothing but excellent customer service from the sales team. I am glad this perdson has had ecellent service from Limo Broker, it is comforting to know that not even they can be 100% incompetent.om
Howevr, Limo Brokers ability to get things wrong is unparalled, and their reputation amongst the industry is not good either. It is one thing having terms and conditions, and another to deliberately use them in order to avoid providing the service and vehicle that has been booked.
It seems to me reading through the reviews that a lot of 'unforseen circumstances' happen when dealing with Limo Broker.
One thing I do agree with though, is that customers should read the terms and conditions they are signing up to. I have also read them and in fact the only thing they do promise is that they don't promise to give you what you ask for!

Any company that values its customers doesn’t think that they are the ones in the wrong. If clients aren’t understanding the booking process then a good business makes changes to make it easier to understand or clarifies any potential issues like ' vehicles not being what you booked'.
A company that has nothing to hide - doesn’t put the phone down on people complaining, it doesn’t lie, it doesn’t pass the buck. From the numerous complaints on here (lets face it, will be a fraction of the disgruntled customers) it is obvious that the company culture is to take the money and then worry about providing the service, the customer comes last. This comes right from the top, from the owner.
Advice - don’t use them, the comment above mentions Supermarkets, and yes, if I was intentionally ripped off and lied to I would never use the place again, and I hope people avoid Limo Broker and sister companies like Coach Broker like the plague!

I booked a Hummer with this company only to get confirmation that they had booked me a jeep! They took a deposit from me for this, I called them to tell them they had booked the wrong vehicle for me. I then got loads of excuses from "your wife said it was ok" to "if you cancel this hire you will loose your deposit". I booked 2 x limos through limo broker for a corporate event in London- I was slightly alarmed when I read all the terrible reviews but our experience was great- limos turned up early, drivers were friendly and helpful, booking simple. Limo Broker used High Profile Limos- I'm sure each company they outsource to varies a lot so I would definitely recommend booking with them directly to save yourself some money! (read more)

My son and his friends wanted a limo for their school prom - left it a bit late to book but Limo Broker were very helpful and sourced a car from a company in Manchester. Limo Broker advise ringing the car company a day or so before the event to confirm arrangements - great idea if the company bothers to answer or return your calls. I had really done my research and I could not get a vehicle from anywhere and believe me, they were a last desperate resort! However, the service I received surprised me. We called up a few days before to make sure they were on time as we had booked reservations etc for dinners and clubs. this has got to be fake as i cannot find any more good reviews. limo broker is not even a proper company, its all a scam. they cancelled on a 15 girls prom party bus a day before the prom... its just disgusting. however we had already paid the 100 pounds deposit and thankfully we all got our money back after a 2 hour argument on the phone.

We rented a hummer limo from limo broker and they were really good in offering a good service and of course the best quote.
I spoke to their customer services department to change the time and they did this for free as the booking didn't cross over with anyone else' booking, now that's honesty!

Our son's prom was on Thursday 28th June 2012 we booked a limo with Limo Broker on 2nd May 2012, 1 week later my husband had a phone call to say the limo had been in an accident and wouldn't be arriving!!!! I used this company to book a party bus for my daughter's prom & her 15 friends. We agreed on a verbal price & deposit but when I tried to pay the deposit, they tried to add on an extra £100.oo. I didn't want to disappoint the children so I agreed to pay extra. they did almost the same thing to me, quoted me £395.00 then after id put the phone down sent me an email for £800.... had a lot of arguing etc, they dropped it to £550 out the goodness of there hearts, then prom night last friday guess what the limo didnt turn up, what a load of idiots and rogues they are,
, luckily my partner manager to get a bentley with 3 hours notice so the prom wasnt ruined for my daughter and her five friends..... it was however very stressful, THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN......PRONTO...XX

I called and booked a pink hummer for m y wife's birthday. I was promised a brand new pink hummer with decorations. Well first off all the limo turned up almost 2 hours late. When I called them the first hour the told me there stuck on the a6 which is 5 minutes from my house. When I checked live taffice report the road clear. We book our wedding cars through limo broker & thought all was ok, then slowly things started not to add up. We recived a phone call saying our car was no longer avalible (this was 3 months before our wedding) & to get the same car we had to pay another £100 on top, then we were just lied to on a regular basis by them, never called back by them or anything. I used Limobroker for my 21st birthday, I requested a Pink Party bus for 16 people, When booking it i was promised drop off's, the party package and a service. 2 days before the party i contacted the company to confirm everything and was told i would have to contact the limo company direct, when speaking the them i was actually getting a mini bus, no party packages and only 1 drop off. Have organised a party bus for my brothers stag do through limo broker, they were keen to get a booking from me and take my deposit. all seemed fine until i tried to contact them to confirm, they wouldn't reply to numerous emails or phone calls, wouldn't change the pickup details and will not refund my deposit. they are just a broker though so eventually i managed to get the name of the company who were actually doing the job (asl executive) on contacting them within 5 minutes they had...
