    Fly deals T/A Kunapark, are similar to the other operators who advertise a price, you book on that price, and then 24 hours later, they ring you and tell you "that fair is gone", but with an extra amount of money, they can book on the same flight!

    It amazes me that I have experienced this with at least FOUR operators, and have written to ABTA and all THE USUAL AGENCIES, BUT NO ONE HAS stopped THIS ILLICIT PRACTICE! In THE 70'S WHEN YOU BOUGHT A HOUSE, IT USED TO BE CALLED "GAZUMPING", WELL it d ...

    I booked with Flydeals and they were great, cheapo cost and no probs, its really sad they have gone bust i feel sorry for the workers! and the people with no flights, at least they were abta bonded

    Really good hotel. Exactly as it said on the website. Hassle free transfers and all Flydeals paperwork received in plenty of time before we went. The area was lovely, the people fantastic and apart from everything being so expenive - not Flydeals fault - it all went off fantastically well. My friend and I are renowned for our adventures getting too and from holidays but on this ocassion, there were no stories to tell when we returned home.     We bought flights online with Flydeals paid online got conformation. 8 hours Later they called us and said they the internet wasnt updated and we need to pay extra . Obvioulsy thats not our fault. We offered to pay but in a couple of days they said no they had already cancelled and not took our money,. they had and cancelled our flights without telling us so we had to wait 5 days for a refund off them, baring in mind the prices increase daily.     I use Flydeals regularly, as they have always been consistent with their service. If the customer services are busy, they always ring back in the timescales given. They were a great help when the XL situation occured, and did everything that they could to help with alternative booking and arrange for a refund. I will continue to use Flydeals for all my flights.

    Very helpful staff and supervisor who sorted out my booking the wrong dates straight away, again i had to pay to amend my dates and they did explain that it was not just them it was the airline plus the admin charges, all in all at the end of the day mistakes we all make and have to pay the price.

    I went to their website and booked the precise dates and flights that I wanted to Faro. I paid with my credit card and they said they would send an email confirmation. The confirmation email came through a couple of minutes later but it was showing that I was flying one day earlier and returning one day earlier than I thought I had booked. I immediately sent them an email and they responded saying that I had not unchecked the box for +/- 1 day, so it may show a different day to the one chosen. M ...

    2nd part to my previous review.
    Have just spoken to the manager at Flydeals (after several attempts)! Was advised that there was no room (to book an extra night) at the hotel where I will be staying. And that I will have to check-out and stay at another hotel just for one night!! The worse thing about this is that he has not apologised once for the inconvenience, not to mention that I have to fork out extra because of mistake on their part.     I booked a holiday to Egypt leaving soon and specifically requested for 8 nights. When I finally received the payment receipt confirmation through the post I realised that the date coming back was not the date I requested. So I telephoned to reconfirm the returning date and was again reassured that I was coming back at 00;40 on the date requested.

    I booked flights for Cyprus on line at around 21:00 through Flydeals.co.uk, to my horror as soon as I had paid I realised that I had booked by mistake the wrong date. The date I booked would mean missing my Grandsons Holy Communion. Before 22:00, I emailed administration dept, and also reservation department explaining what I had done and could they please not book the dates I had picked and use the alternative dates I had chosen in my email, instead.     I got a better deal than anywhere else and found the website really easy to use. Called to booked and the guy told me they offered hotels and car hire. I saved £80 on my hotel booking with him and took the car also. No I just can't wait to go.

    Went searching for cheap flights and came across 3 or 4 websites offering similar prices. Flydeals had the cheapest flights I could find and I booked with them. I did need to call them to pay a deposit rather than the full balance but there were no charges for using my debit card.

    Having taken my money, the company (GKP Travel, trading as FlyDeals) was dissolved on the 3rd of July 2007. When I tried to contact FlyDeals on their address, phone number or website you now get Kunapark, Trading as FlyDeals.

    I paid for car hire contracted out to Worldwide Car Hire, but they state their contract is with FlyDeals, so they wouldn't honour it, and of course, FlyDeals who took the money, now don't exist either.

    Very lacking in customer service. Supervisor I spoke to seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. Tickets purchased (for March trip) on line in October - due to death in family, cancelled in December, and today in April I am still awaiting a refund, of which Flydeals is keeping half (over £150) for 'administration' fee.
    My recommendation, do not use this booking service.

    Booked my flights to Australia through flydeals.co.uk, the online process was very easy to use, I found my flights with Emirates cheaper than any other major company. Within four days of booking, all my documents arrived in the post! Many Thanks!

    I have booked three sets of flights to Cyprus this year with them. I have found them in every instance to be the cheapest, and to offer the best range of flights. On one of my bookings a set of tickets went missing, Flydeals sorted this out with the airline, and new tickets were waiting for me at the airport. I have always found their staff to be most helpful and informative, and I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

    Have always found Flydeals to be cheap, fast and efficient. They offer all operators and airlines and have always found the best price for me. I have recommended them to several friends who have also used them, who also say they are the cheapest.

    I have booked my families flights with them for the last six years. They have always found me a competitive price. Last year our flight was cancelled by the operator, and Flydeals quickly sorted out an alternative.

    I can only say positive things about this company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cheap flight and good service.

    I have used Flydeals for several years, and I book about 100 seats a year with them, for people staying in our villas. I have always found them to be very competitive and helpful when they have a problem. On one of my recent bookings I had misspelled a name, and Flydeals contacted the operator and got them to change it for me at no charge. I have only had good experiences with this company, and they have always gone the extra mile.
