The web site for this hotel the Waterfront Lodge describes "personal service for every guest". Unfortunately our group experienced this first hand. A member of staff abused us for having the audacity to take some seat cushions from the bar area to an outside table where we were playing cards around 5.00pm. By the way we were the only people in the bar area so why he felt he needed the cushions inside is still beyond us. We endured a tirade which stopped just short of physical abuse. This... (read more)
