    Terrible service. Delivery days late, and wrong order. Nothing but a hazzle, certainly not worth the money they charge. I would never order from them again. A pitiful business to say it nicely.

    Wrong delivery date, and they didn't include the note that I sent with the order. They didn't even put the recepient's name on the arrangement. After threatening to have my credit card company reject the charge, they finally credited the charge back to my account.

    Absolutely horrendous - first and last order. Decided to try it based on Google search (first mistake) and media reviews (second mistake). Ordered floral arrangement on 11/8/09 for my grandmother's 80th bday (11/15/09). Paid extra for Sunday delivery. She still hadn't received them as of 6 PM that day so I called first thing 11/16/09 - "oh, it turns out we don't have any associate florists in that area, we could drop-ship some chocolates or balloons this coming Friday if you'd like."     Did not receive what I ordered. The vase was a cheap clear vase, not what was shown and described on the website.

    They had excellent customer service , and even though they didn't have time of the delivery right away , they contacted me promptly. Overall, very good service , and miles apart from other services. I greatly appreciate the job they do.

    I just ordered a sympathy basket from foryouflowers.com. While they offer a $5 off $30 discount for using Google checkout it is impossible to actually USE Google Checkout unless you are delivering to yourself. The fromyouflowers.com website never asked for the recipient's address and, of course, Google Checkout uses your on-file address as a delivery address.     This company has yellow page ads in local books but they are just a telemarketing company taking up to 30%-50% of your money and still can't get the flowers delivered. REAL LOCAL FLORISTS give 100% of the money to your arrangement, inform you of the delivery charges & taxes. SUPPORT your local florist or there won't be anyone left to fill your order and they can't do it from California.

    Ordered flowers on Saturday morning to be delivered to my grandmother Sunday for her birthday. 'From You Flowers' never showed up on Sunday. I called them Monday morning to see what happened and they said "they couldnt get to it on Sunday" but would deliver them today if i wanted. Horrible horrible horrible.     I should hv read these comments earlier before ordering from them. My order was of a highly importance to me, as the recipient lost her only child on 9-11. They failed me, still waiting for the plant to be delivered but they haven't alarted me to anything. They just left me fuming ang guessing. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional, they can't simply promise and not follow it up. I WANT MY PLANT DELIVERED, that's all!!!!

    Made an order for same day delivery and received a call late in the evening advising that from you flowers were not able to find a company to deliver until the next day. They waitied almost 8 hours to advise me that they could not deliver after charging my credit card and then offered to pay the s&h back -$2.00 -.     "Guaranteed" same day delivery is not guaranteed at all. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for same day delivery on Saturday, received a call later that flowers would not be delivered until Monday. From You Flowers Customer service rep informed me that they have to work with local florists and their policies for these orders.     Excellent customer service and delivery from From You Flowers. My order (azalea blooming plant in a basket) arrived the next day on Saturday as promised. I highly recommend buying flowers from "From You Flowers" and send to your loved one for those special occasions. I wish other happy customers will take time to show appreciation as well. Why only negative feedback (see below) for such a good company??

    my first time ordering from From You Flowers, i purchased a sympathy plant for a relative. not only was the plant not delivered, but From You Flowers never alerted me to the situation. so a week after my supposed delivery my mom tells me that the relative never received the plant. will not purchase from them in the future. wish i'd read reviews before ordering fom this site.

    "Sad in Seattle" with this totally unreliable online florist!
    Their glitzy Web site promises a good product with reliable delivery, which did NOT happen.
    They then claimed their florist performed properly, so I got an affidavit from the Nurses at Swedish Hospital stating the actuality that they did NOT!
    Then FromYouFlowers promised a replacement bouquet, which once again was NOT delivered . . .

    BEWARE!!! From You Flowers is a horrible, horrible business. I'm amazed to now read the other reviews and learn that it was not just me who had a horrible experience with them. I tried their service twice, and both of the time, they failed to deliver flowers on time. That alone is bad enough as a flower delivery business, but what made me upset and vow to never use them ever again is their disloyalty.

    The From You Flowers customer service is ok, it was the florist they chose that was horrible. The order never arrived because they needed a "physical address". They never contacted me or the business to figure it out. Back to proflowers although they are more expensive they alwasy deliver when asked.

    Terribe Terrible Terrible.

    I ordered a 100 bouquet and the "large" teddy bear for my wife from From You Flowers because I am deployed and wanted to tell her I was thinking of her. The flowers were mediocre at best and I got an 8 inch tall christmas bear leftover. It's august! Apparently they use contractors and from reading the other reviews none of their contracts are worth their weight in monkey feces. Utterly disgusted.

    I would like to have been told/shown EXACTLY what I was getting. ...
