    Good Points: None from my experience.


    Bad Points: A seemingly faulty online ordering system that doesn't register orders correctly but does take your money, and a customer care line that doesn't deal with online ordering problems.


    General comments: I ordered a pair of shoes on Chums, and paid for express 48 hour delivery as they were needed in a hurry. My credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email from the payment system and from Chums themselves. A week later, still no shoes, and on phoning the customer care number provided in the email, I was informed that they had no record of my order, and that they couldn't help with online orders anyway - I'd have to use email.

    I have used Chums before, and service was satisfactory. However today I managed to obtain a quick reply, and was told that my order had been despatched on 6th January. The delay was because they had been busy. I used to work in customer support, and would never have considered that an excuse. I do not have high hopes of receiving my order and found your site while searching for information on any other problems with this supplier.
