“Excellent holiday location. Love the area”
We have just returned after a wonderful week at the villa on the mar Menor golf village. A lovely villa and family friendly, so comfortable it was like being at home; the children enjoyed themselves and braved the swimming pool which was rather cold for my liking. A car would be handy for sightseeing because the area has a lot to see. The beaches are a short drive from the villa; Murcia and Caregena are within 10 – 20 minutes and well worth seeing. We would have no hesitate in recommending this...

Excellent villa, well equiped and central for touring the mar menor. We enjoyed our stay and would have no problem recommending it too family and friends. We found lots of information at villa for things to do and places to eat along with some fantastic links on the Casa Suenos website. The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a fantastic resort and Casa Suenos has a super position in the resort. The villa is far enough away from the hotel and resort centre that we could have a pleasant morning walk to the shop before it got too hot. Yummy fresh bread!!! Unfortunately the communal pool wasn't open during our stay but we had super fun in the villa pool and most days the kids didn't want to leave to go on a trip. Our holiday on the Mar Menor golf resort was lovely. The villa was furnished too a high standard was very comfortable especially the beds. The location of the villa was ideal as it was very peaceful in a quite cul de sac on the resort yet only a 5 minute walk to all amenities. I would recommend the hire of a car too explore the area. The local beach at Los Alacazares was just 5 minutes or so by car, the beautiful port of Cartagena was a 10 minute drive and Murcia city centre only 20 minutes....

We have just returned from our holiday at Casa Suenos, Mar Menor Golf Resort where we had a fabulous time. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The weather was very hot so the pool was used every day. Great location as very central for visiting all of the larger resorts. Only downside was the building and ground works going on behind the villa. Watch out for the front door as once it is closed you cannot get back in as no opening handle!! We left the key in the back of the door and closed...

Great location, Good price. Everything you could need. Beautiful resort with very nice bar and restaurant. Very trustworthy people, all dealt with very professionally and up front. The holiday all went great, enjoyed every minute, the restaurants where brilliant, also loved the beach, will definitely go again. We visited Cartagena which was a great day also went the local beach which is only a short drive away. Very good holiday overall, have been twice now and am planning my next visit shortly. We had a really nice relaxed holiday and would highly recommend the villa to everyone. We found it so relaxing that we did not venture to far from the resort, but the local beach was only a short drive, it was fantastic, all went into Cartagena, went for an hour and ended up spending the whole day. The villa and the area are a must visit. Our stay was in November and the weather was GREAT!!!, Villa was GREAT!!!! AND A NICE TIME WAS HAD BY ALL....

This is a great resort to bring your family. Plenty to do on site so you don`t need a car. Restaurants on site are good if a bit pricey for every day. However the site shop has everything you need to make a super barbeque at your villa. Wine, prawns, more wine!!I really recommend this villa and cheap flights are available to either Murcia or Alicante with Ryanair or Easyjet. TRY IT!!...

I would definitely recommend a villa at Mar Menor Golf Resort to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday in Casa Suenos. It is very well equipped and not overlooked. The complex itself Polaris World is very secure and has 3 onsite restaurants which are well worth trying in particular the restaurant within the hotel - the food is to die for! The beach is a 5 min drive away and is just so idilyic: well worth going to. This has been my second visit to the villa and will definitely be returning...

Excellent accommodation, super pool. Great place for a relaxing holiday and everything you need is on the resort including a well stocked supermarket. Restaurants on resort are very good, particularly the Flamenco evening at Los Olivios. Lovely beach at Los Alcarzares and a trip to the national park Sierra D'Espuna is really worth doing, good walks well marked and great views....

The villa location was really good. We had a fantastic and relaxing time by the private pool. All sorts of family games, books and DVDs are all available in the villa. The local beach is only a few minutes away by car and the markets of Los Alcazares and Torre Pacheco are excellent. We got a taxi to a restaurant at Los Alcazares, La Encarnacion and the food was to die for, the taxi fare was only 13 Euros each way. The resort centre has a few restaurants and bars, the best one in our opinion was the El Olivio where we all enjoyed a very good 3 course meal. Also Pinos bar on Friday night had good live music. If you are looking to venture out of the resort the nearby town of Los Alcazares is worth a visit, nice beach and very relaxed vibe. I would recommend The Tropical for a good meal just up the street from the beachfront....

Our holiday at the Mar Menor Golf resort villa was wonderful. It was a really relaxing 'chill out' holiday.
Everything you need is at the villa, from air beds for the pool to board games and DVD's.
We stayed relaxing all week and only left to grab essentials from the local shop, which is very reasonable in price, and to visit friends in the nearby towns.
The villa is in a great location for exploring the Costa Calida, which has some wonderful beaches and great shopping towns.

We sunbathed in the garden all day and although the pool was a bit chilly we were grateful for it to cool us down and it really wasn't bad once you got yourself in it. We thought the complex was wonderful, I managed a few trips to the gym whilst Carl played golf EVERY day - he really did get his monies worth. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mar Menor Golf Resort in Casa Suenos to anyone who wants to holiday at their own pace. If you play golf then it is a must, but also if you just want lazy days by your own private pool, then the villa has it all.
The Villa itself couldn't have been any more perfect It was very comfortable, clean, everything was catered for and it was in a perfect location. Only 10 minutes from the airport, and the beach was only 5 minutes away, which was just great....

Nice, comfortable villa with everything you'd need and expect for an enjoyable family holiday. Mar Menor resort is a great development, though haven't been able to try the golf course. This villa is situated in a quiet area of the development, but still within easy reach of the central facilities and amenities. Communal pool can get a little busy, but the private pool at the villa means you don't have to worry about this....
