    Good Points: they look nice


    Bad Points: my main issue is with the after sales


    General comments: i bought a Servis M9813 washing machine, installed it and tried to do a test wash, the machine did not work, contacted servis who sent a engeneer out, he told me it needs a new mudule which im still waiting for after 3 weeks, havnt even done one wash, everytime i ring it takes 20-30 minutes before they answer, im trying to explain to them iv paid for a working washer not a fualty one but it seems the aftersales people dont seem to understand or care, this is not my first servis machine but definately my last

    I would strongly advise anyone who is considering purchasing any Servis product not to. When my Servis M9813 broke the customer service was difficult to access (3 attempts to speak to an operative and disconnected after I hour each time) but when I was successful I felt the care was at best disinterested and at worst rude.

    I have had only trouble with the Servis washing machine since it was purchased.
    Would never recommend the Servis brand to anyone as these machines seem to fail and breakdown all of the time. This is the second time I have tried the Servis brand and have found that Servis UK customer suport also is terrible.
    Servis washing machines are bad. Stay away from Servis washing macines. If you are looking for a new washing machine then it is better to look at another brand all together.

    From delivery, we always suspected that our Servis M9813 washing machine was faulty, but we thought it could be the way we were using it. Then after 6 weeks, it melted two pairs of child's machine washable shoes! Then the glue on a bra!

    Our first call to Servis led to the promise of an engineer between 12 and 5 on following Thursday. At 13:20 on Thursday, the engineer called to say that they don't have enough staff to visit us. So that's a day off work wasted then. We finally got visited two ...
