    Good Points: Kick factor, accuracy, looks.


    Bad Points: Price.


    General comments: JL Audio 8W3 subs are the only brand I would invest in. they have been making them for decades now and are a specialist company among the many 'have a go' brands out there today. I have now got 4 8in duel voice coil JL's in my falcon driven by 2 750W alpine amps. the bass is deceptively powerful. the 8in size does not give that typical ultra low floppy 12in sound, but does give extremly fast accurate bass. after listening to a well recorded track with a fast double-kick bass drum for a bit, you would swear Mike Tyson had just spent 3mins pelting the back of your chair. they play all music very well, but if your into Techno or RnB and want your neighbours 2 blocks away to be putting in complaints, move up to the 12in or 15in and loose a little accuracy as you cannot hear these 8in much out of the car.
