Good Points: The hotel had apparantly been refurbished, so the rooms were fresh and clean. Right near the beach, which was lovely

Bad Points: The food was BAD, the meat was dry and the calamari was like rubber, as we had paid for all inclusive, but it was so repetitive and the food was clearly left overs from the night before. The scrambled egg had hard dark bits on where is had been left out uncovered for to long, the sausages were undercooked and the bacon, was just fat. I am not a fussy eater, before you think it either. By the way, if you wanting a curry, don't bother waisting your money at the indian restaurant either, was awful and really salty

General comments: Me and a friend went to Samoa Hotel last week, it was early season, so wasn't expecting it to be busy,

I loved everything about this hotel, the Samoa Hotel, the rooms were a bit old but your not in them the whole day so it doesn't really matter. This hotel is in a fantastic location 100 yards from beach the children would never be bored and I am definitely going back for a third go!

We stayed at the Samoa Hotel in Calas de Mallorca in half term so I don't suppose it was as busy it can be in summer. We had a lovely time! The food gets a little boring at times, but there are plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel. The entertainment was OK - nothing special. The drinks were a little weak and not much choice, the pool was lovely and there is a kids club which has a little playground outside of it which is mainly in the shade and there is mini golf, great games room, lots ...

The staff were very unhelpful, especially one of the night security men. Food was inedible. It was OK if you like hake, fatty veal or stuff in breadcrumbs (I don't know what it was supposed to be). They do not cater for children at all. The rooms were very dirty, very small and and very hot. The entertainment at night was the worst I've ever known. The pool was too small for the amount of people there. Drinks were served in kiddie size cups. There were always long waits at the bar. We had to le ...

I've just returned from a week staying at the Samoa Hotel in Calas De Mallorca, and I could have honestly stayed another week or so quite happily!

The hotel itself is a big hotel with 8 floors, a large reception and sitting area, a huge dinning hall, amusement room, bar and terrace area and a stage and a good sized pool with umbrellas and sun loungers.

On arrival, (if you are all inclusive, which I presumed was the only board basis for the hotel) you have your picture taken and you are giv ...
