Bad Points: no answer to my e mails, even after ringing them about a problem
General comments: I tried to cancel prima and new woman magazine which i got through Kaleidoscope and they told me to cancel them myself, which i did with the publishers, was still being charged for them ,e mailed and rang countless times ,they sorted out prima magazine, but are still charging me for new woman magazine which has been out of circulation since april,have rang and e mailed them about this, and been told to cancel it myself again, have e mailed them yet again and have refused do this ,as i told them how can i cancel something that is not being published any more. left the ball in their court, but i am still being billed for this magazine, they seem uninterested,will pay up my a/c with them and they will have lost a good customer.

Delivery took forever, when it arrived it was just left on the doorstep for anybody to take. Returning items has been a nightmare. Had to wait over a week for a collection and have now waited 5 weeks for a refund I've sent them proof of the return. I would not recommend them.
My only regret now is that i never spoke with people in work or searched the net for reviews before i placed my order.
All i can say is never again.

I ordered online which was easy however when it came to delivery this was a different matter. I live down a road that is private i.e not council maintained and the delivery vechicle would not deliver! Add this to the fact that they didn't even tell me they wouldn't deliver - three times I tried to get the same red dress. It was only after ringing numerous times that I got to the bottom of it. My experience of Kaleidoscope was that customer service was awful. I have never worked with people who seem so incompetent and rude. I thought the quality of products received was very, very poor.
Tried to return an item, no one came to collect it, so I wasted few days sitting at home all day for them to turn up and they never did. At the end they sent me a prepaid return label so I could send the item myself. They claimed that they never received it and even after sending the Post Office receip ...

I placed an order and rcvd only an email to comfirm with an Ref number and a telephone number - BOTH of which turned out to be incorrect as far as I am aware. Worried that these people had my credit card details I asked them via a phone call to email me a corrected invoice for my purchase and the current state of delivery... that was too much to ask for in my opinion even though I'd even explained what my problem was. I would advise people not to use them. The good are of poor quality, despite being portrayed as good quality and the service is absolutey atrocious.
You would be better using a company who have proved their reputation.

Kaleidoscope sometimes has some interesting styles but they are expensive for the quality; pricey 0870 numbers for ordering, returns, etc.! Hit-and-miss collection of parcels for return and unhelpful customer service, plus no refund of postage costs (£3.50+).
Best to avoid - there are many other catalogues without the above pitfalls and which have equally good stuff.
