    Good Points: The best thing about SpamDrain is that you never need to install any software, and it can be used with all POP3 email accounts. The junk mail is stopped before it reaches your inbox. You only need to register and change some settings in your email client. The accuracy is also great, and all blocked messages can be accessed via their web site.


    Bad Points: It should be easier to report spam.


    General comments: I find SpamDrain a perfect anti-spam service, since it removes both spam and viruses before they reach the inbox. This is useful when checking your mail using your mobile phone, as you never need to download the junk to the phone. SpamDrain is rather easy to setup, but you need to check the instructions carefully so you don't mix up the different usernames and passwords etc.

    Briefly, in order to start using SpamDrain you give SpamDrain your incoming email server and username, and then change the settings in your email client so you're retrieving your email from a SpamDrain server using your special SpamDrain-username. SpamDrain will then filter all emails as you check your email through their servers.
