We needed to replace our existing car and trade it in so visited Carcraft to see what was available. We had visited carcraft around 10 years ago and wasn't very impressed with the service or the vehicles, but I was pleasantly surprised by the change, no aggressive hard sell and vehicles are stored all indoors now and none are older than 7 years old. We came away with a new car and got a good trade-in price for the old one, a free-service and MOT in the first 12 months so I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.

Visited lakeside branch, all staff friendly and relaxed, browsed in peace and then when I decided on a vehicle or two a test drive was arranged. All went well and to my surprise found out I could drive away on the day ! After some credit checks, which did take time I was given the keys to me new car. I'd allow a half day to complete all the paperwork. When its time to change my car again I'd definitely go back.

Very pleased with our experience, they listened to what we wanted and didn't push up to go any higher than we were comfortable. We drove away the same day with a very attractive finance and service package. All round satisfactory experience.

Great attention to me as the customer, although i was left waiting for quite a while this was down to my personal circumstances, rather than CarCraft taking their time. I was very pleased that i managed to negotiate a great deal for myself, and rather than Carcrafft sticking to their guns over the price of the car they met me in the middle, which i'm obviously very pleased about. After car was good as well, phone calls to ensure i was happy and i was contacted about other service available to me. Overall i was happy with my time spent at CarCraft and i walked (drove) away with a deal to my suiting.

I went to a carcraft in wednesbury, Wolverhampton. They are very very good at changing you out of your old car into a new one. The cars are a very good quality and the payments are nagoshable. I highly recommend carcraft as it is probably the best car supermarket in the uk. The only thing I didn't like about it is it was a very long process and took 4 hours but then again it was a Sunday and it was also busy. A very good part of my experience was the drive away the same day. I could leave my old car at the showroom and drive away the same day. The cars are taxed and tested in the garage next door to the showroom. Very very very very good

visited Carcraft Lakeside, staff were very welcoming and professional,The staff gave you time to look around without any interference, there was a lot of variety and the cars were in very nice condition,were very helpful when asked for assistance, gave all the information needed when questions were asked, very honest and truthful, gave full history of car, took me for a test drive when asked, when I decided to purchase my car the staff were very helpful in going to the Post Office and purchasing my tax for me, sorted out insurance cover for first 5 days, overall excellent. Would definitely recommend to a friend /family if thinking of buying a car,

Staff at the Wednesbury showroom were helpful..not pushy nor imposing. Would have liked to ask a few more questions and get well aquainted with the car, but was a Sunday and it took hours to get the process completed. The sales staff however did stay till after hours to help with the process - I guess its just one of those things (the process). Went to Wednesbury CarCraft although it takes ages and we were there for hours we are very happy with our new car . our initial sales person was very helpful and was good at his job . Don't get pushed in to taking out additional cover if you don't need it as they will push and push for this extra sale . Overall can't fault the car and quite good aftercare with 2 salespeople phoning to see if everything ok . I would use again but would hope it didn't take so long !!

my first thought of salesmen were pushy and demanding but I was wrong. they were extremely nice and patient. Service was great and they looked after us. My experience was over a course of 2 days and in the end my salesman went to midlands to pick up my car. the only thing is that waiting for your finance company is the longest wait but each customer is different. We went in to Newport carcraft after a call from one of the salesman there. He met us at the entrance and it was all very simple after that. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Their knowledge on the cars were given to us quickly and fairly and any questions we had were answered straight away. We bought a great little car and drove it out within a few hours. There was no hard sell and they were helpful when we needed assistance. The best thing was when we told them it was a second car not at any stage did our very nice salesman push us to buy bigger and better. Would recommend Carcraft. 6EZWO

Carcraft is a 'fascinating' company to deal with! In the end we have a great little car (6 year old Renault Clio) and have satisfactorily part exchanged our old car. We were lucky in that we were able to finance to deal in one go and were wise to the 'inadvertent' arithmetic mistakes that had to be corrected throughout the process, otherwise the 4 star score might be a lot lower. Yes, the salesmen hounded us; yes we were handled by several people with "I'm not sure why my colleague didn't do this or that", yes we were kept waiting for over an hour at one point for no particular reason, but we made sure that we double-checked & queried everything at every stage. Good points: the chosen car was transported from Leeds to London overnight; a damaged wing mirror was fixed with no fuss (albeit after a bit of chasing) and the manager at the Enfield branch seemed to make an effort to make sure we were all sorted. It remains to be seen whether the 'free' MOT and servicing will happen smoothly, but at the moment (after one week) we are happy, but suggest people keep their wits about them when venturing across the Carcraft threshold.
