If you're a student looking for car insurance this is perfect! Endsleigh has always beat competitors by hundreds of pounds for me. Their customer service is excellent and their renewal price is actual cheaper than comparisons! As ive always had my renewal a around 300 pounds more expensive with other companies. Will be staying with them for a very long time

Lowest price on the market. i called them for a new windscreen and they refered me to AA in no time. I only had to pay £75. I never made a claim so I don't know what are they like. I called them for a letter of proof of my NCB as i am going with another company they sent it straight away. i went with anothee company as endsleigh can not grant me the option of protecting my NCB.

Well I went with Ensleigh because of their staff and how helpful they were but as I said at the time, we hadn't made a claim. My son had an at fault accident, however, they were extremely amazing, so helpful, concerned & brilliant with step by step information, 11 days later it was all sorted and settled, their customer service was 1st class, I have read other reviews but and am taken back with comments of unhappiness, we would give them the thumbs up, you couldn't be with a better insurance company when in a difficult situation, they made a most stressful time far easier than I anticipated, thank you Endsleigh and our next insurance has already been taken out with you.

If you went to every insurance company you would find people with gripes,i honestly had nothing but praise for Endsliegh insurance as has my daughter. I had no problems with the English call center (Free) and emails,Ive had nothing but excellent service and would recommend them to anyone,although Ive yet to make a claim, but I don't expect any less service from them as Ive had for the last 3 years.... My renewal quote was £225 fully comprehensive from Endsleigh, so i went around all five insurance compare sites and got it for £180 from confused.com bought it, and got my NCD transferred to my new policy after i had emailed a request, and they phoned me back within an hour to sort it out hassle free.

I have been their customer for last 2 years and just renewed my policy for the 3rd year.
Overall I am totally satisfied, as whenever I called cust.services, my issues were dealt promptly. Once I had window smashed night time, Endsleigh arranged replacement withing few hours and all I had to do it to pay excess to the guy who did work. Nothing else. Also when I moved the house, they straight away reduced my premium by £40 a month without any hesitation or delay.
And finally, they were the cheapest company to offer me insurance for the next year. I tryed all biggest comparison websites, I am under-25 lady driver with mercedes (not the cheapest combination to insure;) ), but endsleigh beaten them all at least by £10-15 a month.
I definately would recommend it to my friends and family.

Having been with an insurance company previously who took what seemed an eternity to answer the phone, being able to get through in no more than a few minutes was incredible. Staff were friendly and polite and ive had no trouble in making changes. Policy documents came fast and though im not a fan of admin charges as those below have noted, this is clearly stated within the documents when i took the policy out. Great service, quick efficient and if it is busy a call back service is available so you're never sat on hold for too long.

In their correspondence, the phone number is an office in your area. If you phone the number you are quite likely to get the person whose name is on the letter. They know what they are doing and sort your problem out on the spot.
Endsleigh car insurance were able to sort out a kind of insurance 'Catch 22' which arose when I bought insurance and a car for my daughter (can't remember the details), which saved a great deal of inconvenience in moving the car up to Manchester.
I do not bother shopping around. The excess of 100 pounds on the windscreen cover is high, but I drive very few miles, so it is probably favourable to me that they do it that way.
