    ORDERED LENS OVER THE PHONE 0N 13/10/09, HELPFUL STAFF DESCRIBED LENS AND COST INCLUDING PACKAGING. SALESMAN STATED IT WOULD BE WITH ME BY 15TH.
    IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND WELL PACKAGED.

    As a customer you would expect to be treated well, no matter how much money you were spending in a shop. They made me feel as though my puny £1000 worth of purchase wasn't worth their time or effort. When asked if they would do a bundle deal or anything for cash, they laughed again and said that cash was just a nuisance as they had to take it to the bank!!!

    When asked if they would price match on a Canon L glass lens (they were over £100 dearer than anyone else) they laughed and sai ...

    I ordered a Canon 40d body. They sent it in as white non original box. I sent off for Canons cashback but it was refused as it didn't have an original barcode. When I asked Wilkinsons Cameras, they said they had included a cut out barcode, but I couldn't find this in the box. They could not send me another, costing me £100.00

    Wilkinsons has revived this rural Fenland area and don't know how we survived without it. The added service of Wilkinson Plus is a great help and often has different products to in store so its worth checking out online as well as in store. Very responsive customer services best I have found except John Lewis. They actually seem to know the products and not just a number and stock levels.
