    Ordered a DVD recorder recently for what appeared to be a good price. Received phone call from Park Cameras to inform me that the item was out of stock, but the good news was that they were expecting new stock in soon. Unfortunately he then went on to tell me that the cost of the item had also gone up by 20 pounds. No appologies, poor customer service, i cancelled the order and overall i wouldn`t touch them again with a barge pole.

    Good price for the lens, delivery took 2 days but they phoned when it was due to say there was a problem and would be a day late - good service

    After a terrible experience with Bitesize deals I bought from Park Cameras placing the order over the phone.
    The sales staff were very helpfull, the camera was £25 cheaper than Bitesize & it arrived next day.
    After my previous Bitesize experience a breath of freh air.
    NB I've learnt to read the reviews before buying rather than after...........

    Having had a problem with another supplier, I found the same camera at Park Cameras. I 'phoned to make sure that the one I wanted was available, then ordered, asking them not to accept the order if they did not have the stock. The order was confirmed and duly dispatched. I also found that the money did not leave my account until after the delivery had been arranged. A very aceptable service.

    I had a look on the Park Cameras website and saw a good price. As they are fairly local I popped into their new store and was amazed at the level of choice! Great customer service - got to play with the 5D Mk II before I bought it - and also the opportunity to pick up a couple of filters and a bag whilst I was there as well. The product was well worth the money and Park Cameras was well worth the trip - thanks guys!

    Quick response from Park Cameras to query by email and even quicker delivery. Got the lense I ordered delivered at 8:30 the morning after I placed the order

    No problem with Park Cameras.Did what they promised on their web site and by phone calls They had the stock (Canon D10 and memory card), sold it at the advertised price ( less discount on the card) and delivered it promptly as promised to Croydon.

    I recently purchased a Delkin Pro Pop Up Shade for my Canon 350d. It was advertised on Park Cameras website at the incredible price of £9.95 when the rrp is around £34.95. Wow i thought what a deal and promptly placed an order. Several days later a package arrived.     I ordered K10D from Park cameras on Friday knowing that I would need it a week later in a job. Ordering was easy and I received an email confirming my order.However, as I had not yet heard back from Park Cameras about dispatch I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon.

    I wanted to order a Nikon lens. I used the camerapricebuster.co.uk website and ordered from a reseller. When the lens didn't arrive when it should have, I contacted the reseller and they claimed that they had sent me an e-mail, telling me that they didn't have any stock, didn't know when new stock would arrive, and whenever it was going to arrive, it would be priced significantly higher and thus my money was refunded.     Park Cameras have very good prices. The guys answering the phones clearly know their stuff and were very helpful. I got my order within 24 hours of placing the order without any problems. Best point for me was when I had a question about my Canon 50D I had bought they were really helpful. After sales is where it matters to me.
