phoned one call to change a number of policy's due to car changes, could not have been treated better. Have used other company's , in the past and have not had such good help . The young lady whom I spoke with was very expereinced and was able to deal with my issues in a quick and timely manner. My window screen is cracked. One call only deal with certain companies. I rang autoglass first who could have come out and fixed my windowscreen there and then but one call do not deal with them. I rang One Call who directed me to the company they use who said they would phone me in 2 days time !!! I rang One Call back who said I would not be insured if I drove my car leaving me without a car for 2 days and unable to get to work on Monday. JD9 was polite and helpful in explaining reason for multiple quotes being sent to me. Admitted clerical errors had occurred. Honesty is best policy! Thanks.
