    I would like to say that the attention Samantha Sharman has given me was excellent and couldn't be better. She was very polite and explained all I needed in a very simple way so there was no doubt about any other issues. Very comprehensive and careful, which is something we don't find easy with other companies.
    I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
    I wish Samantha all the best luck and plenty success for your company/busyness.

    Very pleased with the overall professionalism and would have no hesitation
    in recommending One Call to friends and family.

    I liked the friendliness when speaking to Customer Services and also I felt my questions were answered with efficiency and very promptly.

    Think very carefully before you insure with this company. It cost over £70 for two months cover when changing my car (half of a years cost to insure!) took them five attempts to get my new insurance certificate right which meant that I could not drive my new car on 1st Sept and could only collect it the next day. I spent £15 on calls to them to get the certificate right ( six lengthy calls to a company called 'One Call'!!!!). They did compensate for this (£35) however when the ...

    It is difficult to write a review at this stage having only just renewed with One Call. However the quote was the cheapest and includes breakdown & legal fees cover and the other quotes didn't. Also I checked reviews of One Call and they were all positive.
    There was a problem when I tried to renew on line. It failed first time so tried phoning the number on Comparethemarket.com and it just rang out so tried the customer services number found on the One Call Web site and someone eventually answer ...

    Mr M Baszcyk delt with my quote for renewal of my car insurance and was very help full ,he went through all my needs and questions and covered them all and saved me £60 Thanks Mr A Bint

    A Mr Karl Sprung who dealt with my Car Insurance was both polite, professional and very helpful. A pleasure doing business with you. I am seriously considering using your company to insure my other vehicles.

    Having search the market for our insurance renewal, we looked at One Call Insurance Company for a quote.

    We were very happy with the insurance quote, adn the cover provided was excellent and the price was cheaper than most other insurance companies.

    Our insurance documents were sent by email, which unfortunantley were caught up in our somputer firewall and sent to our spam file. We contacted One Call Insurance company and they forwarded our documentation as promised.

    I received an excellent service today from Lucy Nairn, she was really helpful and very professional i will definately be reccommending this company to friends and family. I had searched loads of insurance companies for car insurance and no one could offer this level of cover at such a good price. thanks lucy

    I was in the process of completing my application by for motor insurance by amending the initial quote on-line when your agent Samantha Sharman called and offered to complete the application with me. She was extremely polite and explained each point clearly, ensuring that I understood everything before I made a response.

    Itelephoned to request policy details via E-mail.Iam pleased to say that my request was actioned promptly and I was sent an E-mail with my certificate as an attachment. This is fine as far as it goesbut I seem to recall that the original E-mail which unfortunately I cannot access, contained full policy details. In particular I would like to be able to print out details of where to call in the event of breakdown.

    My only problem that I had was when I tried to use the Compare the Market website to take out my insurance with yourselves it didn't give me the option to pay monthly. I had to therefore ring your customer service department to take the insurance out.

    I was very pleased with everything abotu setting up my insurance cover with One Call. The only reason it isn't 5 star is that, acknowledging his super efficiency and knowledge, Karl spoke a little rapidly and I had to ask him to repeat one or two things. All in all - excellent.
