Bad Points: Quality of music.
General comments: After ordering a cd and listening to it to realise the quality of the cd was poor, I decided to ask for a refund. They argued that I was given a chance to listen to previews of each song on the web. I never thought the quality would have been better on the preview. As an aerobics instructor I think it is very important to have good quality music. And as this music does not have this quality I will not be using it as I would be very embarrassed if I did.

The biggest mistake I made was not to search for reviews on this retailer before ordering.
Having ordered very easily, I was promised my treadmill the following day- at £50 cheaper then Argos and next day delivery - who could complain!
It came to 2pm the next day and no treadmill. I gave Gym World a call. I held for 30 minutes, only to be told that the treadmill had not even been sent! I had specifically taken a day of work to receive it!
My cards been charged, a refund promised over 2 ...

Most electrical appliances are fairly reliable nowadays, but when something goes wrong, you expect to get it fixed within a reasonable time frame. The most disappointing situation a customer can be in is when a supplier ignores you or just plainly fobs you off with a series of excuses.
