    We would definitely recommend Anna's car rentals to any one going to Crete. Anna representative met us at the exit to the arrivals hall at the airport, helped us to the car with our bags and we were on the road within 5 minutes. The car was delivered with half a tank of petrol so no need to find a petrol station before setting off. Excellent all inclusive price, no surprises, no waiting to pick-up or return car, very fast and efficient.

    Dealing with Anna cars was a joy from start to finish, from booking the car over the internet to the delivery of the jeep at the hotel.
    I will definitely use them next year when we return to Crete.

    This was the quickest transfer we have ever done from airport to being on the road. The Anna Cars representative met us in the arrivals lounge, helped us load our luggage into the car and then quickly completed the paperwork and we were off. We had arranged to take delivery of the car at the airport and drop it back at the port a week later as we were joining a cruise.     We reserved by internet a vehicle since France for our stay in Crete last August. We chose Anna Car as the price(prize), the clarity(brightness) of the contract. By arriving at the airport of Heraklion, a charming co-worker waited for us, the reception was excellent and the model of vehicle chooses since France was in perfect state, with two booster cushions for the children, as asked.     We pre-booked a car online before travelling, then with just one phone call on arrival our car turned up on time at 9am at our holiday apartment in Koutouloufari Near Hersonissos. Very nice condition Fiat Panda 1.3 with A/C only a few months old. Over the next 8 days we clocked-up 1120km (700 Mile) of problem free driving up mountain, down dale.     Would highly recommend Anna's car rentals to any one going to Crete. Great product and prompt friendy service. One all inclusive price, no surprises. No waiting in lines to pick-up or return car, very fast and efficient.

    Our experience with Anna Car Rental in Heraklion,Crete was exceptional. I had emailed several companies before our trip and unlike all the other agencies, they replied almost immediately and followup emails and response times were outstanding. They was extremely thourough responding to all of my questions, we knew exactly what all of our costs would be, and the insurance portion covered everything. There were no surprises.     I tried to hire a car from Anna Cars and confirmed my booking. I was sent a reference number as confirmation from them. One week before travelling to Crete I received an email saying that I had not reconfirmed my booking and so it had been cancelled. I had not been asked to reconfirm. This left me to sort out another booking at short notice.

    Price and quality of the car. Friendliness of the person meeting us (who was also "easy on the eye" - which is appreciated after a few hours on a charter flight).
    I would definitely hire from Anna Cars again.

    Anna Cars have new clean cars. Used this company twice in 2008 ,brilliant service. Met on arrival .Can pay cash to avoid card issues. Just a short walk for the car.

    I would like to thank Anna Cars car hire for making our holidays an adventure with the new Suzuki Jimny Jeep. We've seen a lot of places but we will return for the rest. I recommend Anna Cars to anyone who wants to explore the island with safety, they are really the best.

    Second time we have used this company in Crete and they are very good. Would recommend to anyone. No hassle from the first email inquiry on price to picking up (and returning) the car. Will definitely use them again.

    Helpful and reliable. Cars in good condition. We had a problem with overheating on one of the cars hired and they sorted it out straight away. Would recommend.

    Many times used cause we travel often to crete and always took anna cars! Would never change and will always tell friends!

    Rates are reasonable and include full insurance - no disclaimers or exclusions, no excess, no scary small print. Extra driver included for no extra charge.
    They met us promptly at the airport for collection/return and were friendly and helpful.
    Car was nearly new - very small but economical. They prefer to be paid in cash and charge an extra 3% for credit card.
    We didn't have any mishaps on the roads, so couldn't put all their terms & conditions to the test, but we wouldn't hesitate to ...

    Excellent. Cheap clean reliable. Not too many miles on clock.
    Friendly staff. When we returned the car this was very smooth basically you drop off just opposite departures (good tip if you have a late flight, take your luggage to the left luggage very cheap huge bag only 6 Euro for 12 hours!). Go off for the day we did the water park and then had dinner in ANNOPOLIS. Then returned car. The left luggage is right next door to where you drop off the car and you can drive next to it to avoid luggin ...

    I was surprised about they're service. We had a delay of 1 hour at the airport, and they didn't ask for any extra money. They delivered us a brand new vehicle, and they're contract was in English.

    I would recommend ANNA CARS to everybody. It's the best car rental in Crete!
