    For those who can afford them they are well worth it. They make a great hunting rig but has also been used to win a FT championship. The gun is very well designed and is very consistent. One of my FAVORITE points about the gun is that it is the 1 gun i have, including my powder burners, that you can remove the action from the stock and put it back together and go right out and shoot it and the scope is still dead on.     If your going to spend over a 1000 dollars on an air rifle, save a little longer
    and get a Rapid Range. They are a very popular rifle and they hold their
    value.

    If you can afford it, buy a Theoben Rapid MKII. Owning a Rapid is like sporting a hot babe.
    The sickness started a few years back when a buddy of mine watched me, not once, but three times repeat the process of loading one pell, pump 6-8 times and still missing the fricken gopher. My friend said, "Dude, why don't you just throw a rock instead..lol. They make modern pellet guns these days as well as round wheels you caveman". Well, that's how I became an air rifle collector.     These are fine rifles. They are really made for hunting and because I have three of the Rapid range two FAC and one legal power I do have some idea of how good they are. Never ever have they let me down. Nothing on this planet is perfect but this is one of the finest rifles available.
