    Good Points: Practical to use. It takes the strain of the hands and wrists; also it counts your push ups for you.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: Great for doing your push ups as it makes it that bit easier, because it takes the strain of the wrists and hands and with a digital counter there is no question as to how many you do. Yes you don't need it to do push ups but it is a great incentive to get you excercising and it feels that bit easier. It's on sale at "Play.com" and is good value for money as it is very well made.
