    Good Points: Excellent customer service, friendly personnel, good insurance advice.


    General comments: I have been with Towergate Riskline for 6 years now and I am extremely happy with the service provided. The premium is always market competitive and they are always willing to answer and queries or concerns that I may have. Personal service.

    I called the Customer Service Centre number to ask some money that had been taken out of our business account. Their Customer Service Centre was advertised as operating 24 hours a day. I called at 17:15pm on a Friday and someone answered the phone and laughed at me because I called at such an unacceptable time and day! They said that nobody can help me because all the computers had been shut and everybody went home and when I asked what they did in case of emergency, he said 'nothing'! We will d ...
