I have been a wedding guest may times at Belfast, City Hall, and have found that since it's refurbishment in the late 1990's it has become a beautiful place for second marriages and those who don't want the trappings and cost of the traditional wedding.
At the moment you would enter from the rear of Belfast City Hall and although you don't get the initial grandeur of the big staircase its all there for the photo opportunities after the ceremony. The service itself is always lovey and is... (read more)
