Good Points: Good screen
Easy friendly touch screen
Easy set ups for uploading and downings
Bad Points: Battery life
Softwares issues
Size
General comments: Maybe my battery memory is low but I just don't get more than 3 hours on the Motorola A920 . Installing software onto the phone other than 'three' approve
App's is an no go. The gps feature on the phone was my buying point, but three network haven't even sorted out any softwares for it. Surfing 'three' wap is good. Emailings is good, still can't upload any video's clips or mp3's for the phone to play, seems there isn't a proper player onboard to play the diffrene files formats. Great shame. But I am going to keep this phone just waiting for the 'gps' software to come out, waste of time trying to sell on as I have lost money on it. The camera delivers great shots, which is pleasing. Very clear and true.

When I first got this phone (which I had used day in, day out for 11 months) I thought it was great, apart from every second call being dropped by the carrier and also very poor signal (Edinburgh City Center) I thought, hey new network - cheap deal, fair enough. Things never really improved the whole time I was on the contract which led me to ditching it.....
But this review is for the phone itself - right? Unfortunately they do both go hand in hand!
For the handset itself, the battery lif ...- Read davidmalone1's review (222 words)

I think people are very harsh on this phone. Its true its very large and it does need charging every day, but in other ways its far better than a P800/900.
As long as you get the Bluetooth enabled version it can do anything a P800/900 can do, but with a few extras built in. It has AGPS (assisted GPS), bi-directional camera, 3G video calling and data speeds and more.
It has Symbian 7.0 so can run most P800/900 software.
The best thing about this phone is the price, in the UK you can get this p ...- Read chrismm27's review (149 words)

Email retrieval of the Motorola A920 is rubbish. The screen is illegable in daylight. Internet - Extremely limited and VERY poor/costly. Ease of use - Terrible you need three hands. Had mine repaired twice, replaced once. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Cannot wait to see end of contract and throw it in a bin!!- Read goldeneagle47's review (68 words and 1 comment)

I have owned my Motorola A920 for around 10 months now so thankfully will be due for renewal in September. It was a novelty to begin with, but now it's just a pain in the backside. Literally!!
I say this as it will only fit in my back pocket.
To say that this phone is unreliable is a gross understatement. It is so overloaded with software that it doesn't actually work as a phone and the battery lasts half a day if I'm lucky. If I was to sum this phone up in one word, it would have to be: RUBB ...- Read madcapneo's review (134 words)

I have had my Motorola A920 for about 8 months of contract, needless to say I will not be renewing the contract next year. Overall the poorest phone reliability I've have ever had. It's had to be replaced eleven times and repaired countless more due too non responsive screen, unable to make calls, no internal memory {when there's nothing on it at all to fill the memory {internal or memory card}on attempting to make calls I got what sounded like a fax machine and had to remove battery to reboot, ...- Read Mickybird777's review (194 words)

The Motorola A920 is a potentially great mobile phone (apart from the sheer size of it) Completely ruined by "3" by their locking down of the phone, their lack of support and their appauling network performance (I've owned mobiles on all of the networks over the years and never come across such an incompetant and generally rubbish service as "3"). As long as this phone is only available on "3" I wouldn't even recomend this (or the a925) to my worst enemy.- Read three are rubbish's review (105 words)

This Motorola A920 mobile phone seems to be unable to make calls which is a little bit of a problem when it is a mobile phone (or sold as one anyway). The advert should say talktime (connection) 3 minutes as this is how long the call lasts before it cuts you off. The Three customer couldn't careless department do not return calls and seem to think that it acceptable for the phone to cut you advising you that they are a new network so will have problems. The phone is the correct size to be used a ...- Read forwardsbigmark's review (200 words)

This Motorola A920 mobile phone is almost identical to the SE P800 in that it uses symbian OS7. It is a little bigger and heavier though , but this is due to its 3G features.
It can run most P800 programs if its one of the upgrade models (3 will do this for you for free, most new ones already are).
As a symbian phone it work very well, as a normal phone it works great to ! It has a strong signal most of the time and the sound quality is excellent in both 2G and 3G modes.
Battery life is poor ...- Read ChrisX's review (203 words)

This Motorola A920 mobile phone is a Symbian based device (like the sony Ericcsson p800/p900), and as such it works ok. I have had it for about 2 months, and it has just broken. It refuses to come back to life after the screen goes black (screen saver). Given this fact, I have to say the reliability is pretty poor. Also, the phone drops calls roughly every 10 minutes, with frequent drop outs of words, resulting in many "Hello?...Hello?..." moments.
