    I recently rented a one bedroom flat through myspace. I had no problems whatsoever and found their service excellent. I was a little confused by certain things but they took the time to explain everything and compared to some other agents I spoke with their costs were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to live.

    I've have never had a problem renting any of my properties with Myspace. I am overseas much of the time and their property Manager has always sorted out any issues there may have been. My properties are generally let pretty quickly and I rarely have long void periods. I would recommend them.

    I live outside the UK and Myspace Estate Agents manage and let several London properties for me.
    Nothing but good things to say about their service. Very good at dealing with any problems that come up and vastly better than other agents I've dealt with in the area.

    They will under value your property just to make a sale. They also failed to confirm the commission rate and made promises about reducing it in the future. I also made the mistake of recommend this agent to a member of my family, and she had the same experience as me.

    The company is in a good location in Central London, and therefore does get a lot of nice properties. Unfortunately, the staff do not seem to care about their tenants or the property. They were meant to get building work done before I moved in, but they didn't. They made me go in to visit them like a yo-yo, and each time I arrived they had bad news.
