  Great course, great food, pleasant surroundings and friendly atmosphere, what more could you ask for. The Catering was first class. The wonderful Tain course is a good test of golf and still retains 10 of Old Tom Morris's original greens and not overly long at 6400 yards. Friendly pleasant knowledgeable staff. Really enjoyable day out. Bad points, None really, although if you did miss a fairway by a few yards the rough was quite punishing on a couple of holes.
