    Bad Points: None!

    General comments: Sainsbury's Bank Travel Insurance has excellent plan cover for the year at an excellent cost. Covers all necessary points in the information leaflet and the call centre are always on hand if you have any queries. Excellent cover and great value for money. Plus great Nectar points offer.

    The travel insurance claims department should advise immediately on the feasibility of a claim. As such, I know have a bill that started at $1000, and due to lagging of Sainsbury's Bank, it is now $2500 with interest. I am left with no option but to pay a US medical debt collection agency, even though I have paid 3 years premiums to Sainsbury's AND followed all the rules.
