I bought this gun in august 03 in.177 (it is also available in .20 and now .22) and was very pleased with it after shooting it for the first time, it may not look as good as umarex guns such as the CP88, but fires much better. Despite it's high power, it still gives a good 30+ full power shots in the summer and it is accurate, cans at 30 metres are certainly not too hard to achieve with a bit of practice, very easy and comfortable too use, if you're thinking about getting one then do, this is a… Read Full Review

I have used a sheridan eb 20 for a year or 2, the quality of this pistol far exceeds the price of £104.99. At 10 yards I have achieved 1 hole groups and at 15 yards half inch groups (two handed shooting) I wouldn't normally endorse shooting any live animal with a pistol but with this one I will - it has enough power (5.9fpds) to shoot rats at a realistic distance of 20 yards max with a scope/red dot sight. If your looking for a tough all round pistol that will last a lifetime then this is the gun for you.

Spitfire004's Response to tramp53's Review

I have seen one at my local gun shop at £90. I currently have a Westlake 23 which has good power but I am looking for something more powerful and smaller in a few more months and I don’t know whether to get a Webley tempest or this. What sort of groups can you get from 15 meters? What sort of backstop would be good for this gun when plinking? Looks like a good pest controller too. A good partner for my very reliable s3.
