    Mojitos are fantastic.

    Unlike most cocktails that are full of fruit juice, creme liquors or too many wrong spirits muddled together the mojito keeps it simple.

    A mojito is traditionally made of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime, carbonated water / soda water, and mint. Its combination of sweetness, refreshing citrus and mint flavours are intended to mask (but not disintegrate the potent kick) of the rum, and have made this clear highball a popular summer drink

    I love Mojitos it would be the only cocktail I would order. The reason I like them so much is that they are not that sickly sweet like so many others cocktails. Yet the Mojito is refreshing, minty and remains strong tasting.
    Like the Margarita some bars now serve them in different flavours. Recently I tried the Raspberry flavour although I shall not recommend it personally it does bring it into the sweet selection making it versatile.
