“We reserved our room through the military travel...”

We reserved our room through the military travel agency. When we got there they wanted to charge our card again since they said it is not showing it was paid. We find that odd, but we went ahead and gave my card instead of my husband's card that he use to book the reservation. When we got into to our room we check our account online it showed that we got charged twice separately. The front desk guy wasn't helpful, he gave us the 800 no. for the Choice hotel they weren't helpful! The next day... (read more)
