    Good Points: Zero


    Bad Points: NO backup service whatsover.


    General comments: I have an Amcor unit which requires a replacement part. Forget it, they are only interested in selling not in after sales service. You won't find any contact information on their website and the only telehone number is for Holland who knows nothing about the UK side of the business.

    this air conditioning machine has been on the market for many years. It is of a design that requires excess water to be emptied from it using a water pipe into a tray which is very messy. More modern machines can now evaporate all the moisture they create making them much easier to use. I replaced mine with the the Koolbreeze Unique . It is reliable, just as powerful and gets rid of the water it produces without you having to do anything. You just turn it on and let it run.

    I ordered the Amcor AMC1200M air conditioning system prior to the July 2006 heatwave, and how I regret not receiving it in time for it to prevent me developing heat stroke in a room where the temperature soared to +38 degrees.

    It has to be said that the machine is a marvel! I have been using it in a South facing room with a 6' x 3' UPVC double-glazed window facing onto mirror-fronted wardrobes; ie. a definite challenge for any machine when the outdoor temperature exceeds 34 degrees, but thi ...
