    I just discovered shopbop once they started offering free international shipping. That took the 'shipping' bite out of ordering from them. I wish they offered free international return shipping that would be even better. It would be nice if all the prices were in pounds on the site but with the US dollar being so weak it was a pleasant surprise once i got a calculator out.

    I wish there was another retail store online that sold all the lines that BOP do. With pricing that was at least retail, comparable or below. They should offer more discounts and incentives to buy more from them. Shipping should not take an additional 48 hours if you order something overnight. Customer service should learn how to treat customers. They should describe the items better with comparisons for each line they carry.

    BOP is great! I have shopped there since it was a store in Madison, Wisconsin. I love that they have brands that I can't find in the stores where I live. Great people, great clothes, and accessories, supper fast shipping!
