    if you have any question about Ikea Kitchens products, the staff has no idea what you are talking about...
    you call them, they never answer you, they never call you back when you leave a message.
    also, their counter top service...they charge you a lot...i mean extra fees for a specific sink, another fee.

    My main complaint is with the delivery. I ordered over $6,000 in cabinets from the Brooklyn,NY Ikea. I was made to wait for hours for the items to be pulled from Ikea and then loaded onto skids. There were hundreds of pieces. I was expected to check that Ikea pulled all the correct pieces before the delivery service would accept the boxes to deliver, and that was only part of the order other Items were not in stock and needed to to sent to the the deliver service.     I had two different Ikea kitchens when I lived in Europe so I wasn't afraid to order one here. They're actually really good quality. I ordered the Nexus line and have been very pleased. My contractor from the Ikea list was excellent and very quick. They gutted my old kitchen and installed the new one in about 4 days. I also ordered my granite through Ikea and got it for about $4 a square foot cheaper than the same granite at Home Depot (plus a free stainless steel D sink). All in all, my kitchen ...

    I was quoted 9000 for a new kitchen and that was the cheapest out of a few! So i tried IKEA kitchens and got it for 2000! I have never done a review before, but I felt the need after I got this great price and saving. I mean you would be mad to go any where else?!

    My gripe with IKEA kitchens is that didn't gather feedback from me after my kitchen was installed - by one of their subcontracted companies - although they did a reasonable job - the lead installer was rather distasteful in his level of customer interaction - choosing to make comments I found offensive - rather than concentrating wholeheartedly on the job at hand. - he also used profane language throughout all of his speech.

    When I ordered my kitchen from Ikea I was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. The 2 weeks soon turned into 8 weeks. Once I had a delivery date booked I started to dismantle my old kitchen the week before the delivery was due. 5 days before the delivery date I got a phone call from Ikea to inform me that my delivery had been cancelled.     I've just had an Ikea Adel kitchen fitted. I assembled some pieces of it myself and had an independent kitchen fitter do the rest and the installation work. In general, I think that Ikea kitchens represent good value for money but they have pro's and con's. Before buying an Ikea kitchen, I think that you should understand these before deciding if it's for you.

    I'd also like to say that when placing your order in the Ikea kitchens department, be very vigilant with the staff. I had them triple ...
