    Good Points: Balcony was good size friendly staff and good entertainment.


    Bad Points: Rooms could have been in better condition with things falling off walls etc and there being not enough basic cutlery. Also a really moody night receptionist.


    General comments: Altogether me and my girlfriend had a good holiday we stayed for two weeks. The night life in the area was good, with plenty of things to do during our stay, would probably go back at some point.

    People very friendly at this resort, good food is only 2 minutes away and everything is on your doorstep. Would fully recommend.

    We stayed at the Babalou Apartments in Puerto Rico. The accommodation was only suitable really for up to 3 people in a party (we booked for 4). Apartment seemed poorly maintained with plug sockets hanging off the wall and fridge was old, rusted and broken. Lock to patio door broke during our stay. Pool and pool area not cleaned very well. Water in both main pools was cloudy throughout the whole of our stay. White edging to the pools very slippy and numerous people slipped during our stay. Bar ar ...

    We go back to the Babalou Apartments in Puerto Rico in 2 weeks. Loved the balconies, as they were big and private with great views. The Europa centre is 2 minutes across the road. There is a friendly atmosphere, and no hassle.

    Great location and good value for money. Good customer service from all the staff. Our apartment was spotless and cleaner very nice and friendly they attended every day. Areas around apartments were always clean. No cats are allowed to linger. Lift worked all the time we were there. Pool and bar areas very nice and loads of sun beds available. You can hire them for your own balcony. Bliss!!! Sunshine from 9am till 6pm right on your doorstep.
