This Man is not good to deal with,STAY WELL AWAY,sent me wrong tablet,even rang to tell me to return it(at my cost),& he would put the correct one in the post the next day.........3 weeks later ZERO,phone engaged all the time,emails bounce back. Nothing good about this site!!

This is an update of my previous review on CRAZZY GADGETS. I mentioned that Paypal had concluded their investigation in my favour, and was awarded a full refund. I have now been informed by Paypal that my refund failed because of insufficient funds from sellers bank, and that I should contact seller regarding the refund. I have emailed Paypal, but no joy. I do not expect any joy from CRAZZY GADGETS either. I have lost my money, and also my faith in Paypal. They do not put their customers first. I WILL NOT be using them again. AS for CRAZZY GADGETS do not order from this company because YOU WILL loose your money.

I think this company has slightly changed it's name. It now trades under the name CRAZZY GADGETS. Please do not order anything from this company, unless you have money to waste. I ordered an unbranded android phone costing £39.99. I Paid through Paypal. The money was taken out of my bank account straight away, but I received nothing. I sent the company numerous emails asking the whereabout of my order, they didn't reply. I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute, I sent more emails to the company, hoping they would respond, but nothing. I then escalated the dispute to a claim. Paypal investigated, and I got a full refund. I googled this company before placing an order, and given what I read on the net about them, I honestly thought they were ok, they stated that they supplied to oultets like Argos etc. This is the first and last time I will use them. Surely there must be regulations about companies like this. It's appalling!

Rubbush Company, I bought from them and they didn't tell me the item was out of stock, and after a delay I rang them as needed urgently for a present, they still maintained it would be with me for the weekend which it wasn't When I rang again they said it was out of stock!! If they had told me that to start with i could have ordered elsewhere. I did get a refund via paypal.

Even after failing to deliver goods ordered as a xmas present or replying to many emails sent they have the cheek to keep sending emails touting for new business they must be joking.

After receiving faulty goods, I sent them back immediately. I telephoned Crazy About Gadgets and emailed repeatedly but no one responded. I waited patiently for a refund. It's now two months and have just had an online chat who told me it has been refunded, but when I checked my bank it is not. They where unable to tell me when it was done as this information is not stored due to "security reasons". I was given a number to quote to my bank, who can confirm they have no transaction with that number. What a shame I am 54 quid down and think this company should be closed down by the watchdog regulators. I will be taking this further. Please do not use this web site to buy anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service.Ordered item on the 16th of December. Still has not arrived on the 2nd of Jan. Have e-mailed 3 times - no response as yet. Have also phoned but the line is either engaged or no-one answers. Money was taken out of my account on the 17th of December.

Even when things go wrong it would help if there was some form of automated response - a message on your telephone answer system explaining your absence or breakdown due to demand or an email acknowledging receipt. As it stands now I don't know whether this company has completely disappeared along with my cash! Will never use again.

when I made my purchase my Item was in stock and after 11 days they are told me that it is out of stock, that is stupid.
I won?t buy anything from them from now on, and I won?t recommend them to anyone.
This is the worse customer service I have ever seen, Crazy About Gadgets telephone does not work when I try and nobody called me to speak to me as I asked from my first email (I wrote them 3 times).
* Do not trust the stock availability on the website.
* Difficult to contact them.
* Bad costumer service.
I am so disappointed. :(

They have 'Safe Buy' logo on website Safe Buy. An organization where members sign up to a code of practice that includes such items as 'only charging for goods maximum 2 days before dispatch'...if unable to deliver within 30 days advising customer, offering cancellation. total refund etc' So the question is - does crazyaboutgadgets really exist.

Yet again, Crazy About Gadgets has exceeded my expectations. I will visit them for my Christmas presents. Super quick delivery and I love the hamster! He's been running all day long. He must be knackered by now!

Another good experience with Crazyaboutgadgets. Super quick delivery, ordered one day got it the next!! They add lots of stuff to the site, and they actually answer emails!!
