    Good Points: Excellent fast service and great communications. A fine example to other traders.

    General comments: Merlin Laser Ltd offered the Leica Disto laser distance meter for a highly competitive price and with free delivery. I purchased online and the product was delivered in just 24 hours by a courier service! Unfortunately, after about a month of use, the laser meter developed a fault. I contacted Merlin Laser Ltd by e-mail and received a very fast really helpful response, asking me to return the product for immediate repair or replacement. It took just 52 Hours from the time of me posting off the faulty goods to finding a courier ringing my home doorbell with a brand new replacement !!
    On a scale of 1(bad) to 10(Excellent) I would give this company 12.
