I found Nicotinell 24 Hour Patch really helpful. They are to be used for smokers who smoke more than 20 a day. There are various different sizes of patches to use, some you use immediately after you've stopped smoking and the others as your body and you adjust to not smoking. The patches are supposed to be used over 12 weeks and you aren't allowed to smoke in this time, also when changing your patch you have you to change it at relatively the same time of day (i.e. if you applied it one morning you would have to apply a new one at the same time in the morning also) They are helpful but nonetheless willpower is essential! But I found these great; I still smoke on occasion but have cut down dramatically!
