Good Points: Fantastic at beating cravings. Discreet
Bad Points: Nightmares
General comments: I found the Nicotinell 24 hour patch to be great at beating cravings and noone knew i was using them. I did however experience a few nightmares, this im told can be caused when the doseage it too high so if this happens try a lower one.

I found Nicotinell 24 Hour Patch really helpful.
They are to be used for smokers who smoke more than 20 a day. There are various different sizes of patches to use, some you use immediately after you've stopped smoking and the others as your body and you adjust to not smoking.
The patches are supposed to be used over 12 weeks and you aren't allowed to smoke in this time, also when changing your patch you have you to change it at relatively the same time of day (i.e. if you applied it one morn ...
