I would like to know if Monarch Airlines is still flying to Tobago, in the Caribbean?.. I live in Trinidad and want to go to the UK on vacation and would like to fly with Monarch Airlines. I flew with them to London a few years ago, and enjoyed my flight

Sorry, I struggle to find who flies where. If anyone knows of a good web site where you can put in the start point and destination and get a list of airlines who fly that route, please tell us. Nigel

I'm so sorry, but I do not know the answer to that one - however, longhaul flights do use the same aircraft as shorthaul (Europe etc) and these aircraft do have overhead tv's, as well as radio controls on the armrests. Therefore, I think most probably, although shorthauls no longer offer in flight entertainment, longhauls most probably do (and so they should, as passengers are on board for quite a long time!!!). Hope this is of some help to you!

Why is it when I purchased in-flight meals paying £12 each way I had to wait until others was offered food and drinks at a price off the trolley? I was not willing to pay for a  cup of tea when this comes with the meal only 6 people purchased the in flight meal I  now know why.

Thanks for answering this question.

Probably as they had already received your money in advance then they were looking to maximise their sales of food and beverage - or of course they may have been waiting for the food to warm? Never bother with airplane food myself simply buy something at the airport and eat on board - works out a bit cheaper as well
