I received a £50 off voucher so decided to give this company a try, i received an email yesterday saying my order had been sent to the wrong depot but it would be with me today. I'm discusted in virgin wines, i ordered once with a wowcher voucher to buy a case of wine for a birthday as i live abroad. I was never informed that they would take £25 a month out of my account without my knowing. The reason you get a voucher is because things are tight for alot of people. “unresponsible alcohol handling”

Virgin Wines has taken money from my account for a wine order I didn't need nor placed and delivered it to my neighbour without my consent. Neighbour says that the delivery has not happened when approached in the garden and not answering the door otherwise, and no one under the signature name Virgin gives me lives there. Please accept my apologies for any problems you experienced with the wine-club. I'm sorry to hear you were not aware you had joined the service as we do try and make it as clear as possible on any vouchers, on the website and then in an email. However we're always happy to cancel any membership if it has been joined in error.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware you were on a delivery service with ourselves. If you elected to join a membership with an introductory voucher, there is a regular delivery of wine, which a lot of our customers find very useful. However we certainly appreciate that it's not for everyone, which is why we offer a variety of services and of course a lot of customers just purchase when they need to. We are always happy to cancel any membership at any-time if you accidentally join our service and I'm sorry to heat that you were unaware of this.

Today I made a order as I had £99 in my winebank, or that is what my balance showed. Yes I had only paid in £55 and had interest of £11 but since signing up my balance showed an additional £33.
