Good Points: Good cheap booze, very good atmosphere, good music (and a very good DJ) that plays a nice cross section of music from the entire of the alternative/rock/metal scene with a mix of newer and older songs as well as requests.
Bad Points: The queues can be up to an hour long for the free bar on a Tuesdays and Saturdays can be a bit hit or miss. Can become very packed on Tuesdays but it's not the worst club I've been in for that.
General comments: Tuesdays are great fun, free bar until 11 and then £1 drinks all night after that. This is the busy night but has never failed to be a good night out. The music is very good and there is a great atmosphere. The monthly ska nights and punk nights are also worth a mention, not as busy but still a great night out, the DJs are different from the ones on the mainstream nights but are very into their music and it shows in a good way. The bands that play for these nights are always a mix of good quality local bands and occasional band touring nationally. They always get into the spirit of the night and have a great time.Friday nights are very similar to the Tuesday nights except for the lack of free drinks on a Friday. All in all my favourite club and the best place to be in Manchester on a Tuesday or a Friday night

Worth going if your into Ska, punk, rock and metal. Great place to meet new people as its quite a small and intimate venue. Not a huge choice in drinks, but 1.50 for a carling. 4 pound in isn't bad, and its open til 3. Only really gets good at 12-30 onwards.- Read Guest's review (66 words)
