Good Points: You can drink double vodka redbull for £2 whilst raving around to the some good old indie!
General comments: Where do you start with 42's?!...It plays host to indie and alternative nights as well as live bands and gigs. The club is hugely popular amonst the student crowd (and im in there amongst the best of them- oh yes!) and despite the 'rough around the edges' look of the place it's a friendly and fun place to visit, because of the large student crowd its a guaranteed excellent night with everyone out for a drink and a boogie and with the prices of drinks catering to the student pocket (£2 vodka redbull as mentioned before) you dont have to worry about making sure youve got enough to get home and get a pizza along the way!
