Some days ago, Microsoft released the betas of the latest versions of its Windows Live Suite - dubbed "Wave 3", which will also encompass a huge redesign of all the entire Windows Live product line, online and offline. The old Windows Messenger had lots of static and webcam was delayed slightly for me, this new version seems to run smooth with lots of new parts to it.

MSN Live Messenger was a part of Microsoft's big unnecessary upgrade about a year ago, making everything "Live".
In this process, most Microsoft things were ruined and broken, made worse; but Live Messenger is the exception to the rule.
This programme features some useful things, such as being able to appear offline without closing all of your conversations. Similarly, you can chat to people whilst appearing offline, like never before.

MSN Messenger has always been a huge hit, having more favour shown towards it than it's original structure of Windows Messenger. However, the launch of Windows Live Messenger saw an end to that, because MSN Messenger users were persuaded to try it's latest twin.
