    Good Points: It probably would be a good program for a beginner. For upgrading, beware!


    Bad Points: In upgrading from a prior version it did not transfer any of my books listed under "BOOKS" in the earlier version. If you have multiples of the same type of fact under an individual this program will transfer only the first one.


    General comments: GSP Family Tree Maker 2006 have simply crammed all the information on an individual onto one page. It is a nice idea but not very good in this case. The individual's page is confusing with which to work.. You have difficulty reading the "Notes", for example. I loaded this program and, after finding what it did not do, I uninstalled it and went back FTM 16. This review is based upon my own opinions and experiences and the information given is factual.

    Besides being a product to store information you have to do a lot of hunting for yourself even when you have most of the information to pass to Ancestry search engine. Do not recommend GSP Family Tree Maker 2006 because of this.
