“ STILLING BY TAKING ADVANTAGE CUSTOMERS”

I Use NOBLE.COM service for over a year and lately I noticed that the minutes received for the same value ($20) was lower than before (200min+). Normally I call to purchase the airtime and the seller representative would confirm by phone how much I want to buy as well my Cr. Card information and even take the opportunity to perused me to buy more air time for a discount. For my surprize, June 17, 2015 I bought air time for 200+ minutes at a value of $20 of which I made one call and when I went to make another call there was only 19 minutes left at a value of $4. I call them, the seller representative was also surprised and after checking she tells me that the rates to the country where I was call went up and nothing they could do to adjust my minutes to what I was expecting, but she could compensate with a $5 Minutes due to the fact that I was not informed at the time of purchase, I rejected because I wanted my full minutes as expected. She give me a number to call and talk to a supervisor, summarizing the supervisor give the same answer and added that I should constantly check their website for the rates change. I said that I have used direct communication with them of which they had time and remembered to advertise their promotions and not to inform about the rates! I don't recommend this service anymore to anybody and am cancelling all numbers and friends I have added do far. I loss more than 150 minutes+ by this attitude of poor customer service.

“Not honet and dounle charged”

Bought 20 dollars using the android app. It turns out that I couldn't use it on my emerald account. I called them and they said they would transfer it so it would be no problem. They didn't transfer it they just charged me again and ive been on the phone for 6 hours. My advice. Write a letter and pay the 40 cents for a stamp

“Beware! Trustpilot removes Nobelcom's negative reviews”

Nobelcom has review companies managing their reviews for them. I left a review stating that it was unclear that there was an extra charge for dialing the access number. Since that time, Trustpilot has contacted me several times telling me my review was going to be removed. One time, they said I needed to resubmit proof of a purchase with Nobelcom for review to remain. I sent my confirmation e-mail. Then I received another notification, and responded to that one. Now they say it looks like a fabricated review so it is being removed. I can tell you a 5 star review wouldn't have gotten that kind of flack. Anyway, makes me wonder how many bad reviews get removed to keep Nobelcom looking so lovely.

“Not honest and upfront.”

Before purchasing, make sure there is a local access number, because if there isn't, you will be using a 800 number and paying an additional cent per minute for each call. I'm sceptical of this company. That should be explained more clearly from the start!! No refunds!!

“Does Not Work”

Does not work with any of the cell numbers we've been calling successfully (with other providers) for years. Customer service is pretty responsive, but could not do anything more than say that none of our numbers exist - lame excuse! When I asked for a refund, they said they could not guarantee it, but would place a trouble ticket. I'm smelling a rat and will immediately dispute the charge with my CC.

“Can't do what they say”

For three weeks I have been calling people in 3 other countries. All they hear at the other end is beeping. I can hear them. Before I was aware of this, I even left messages that, naturally, I thought had been recorded. All they heard was beeping. I repeatedly contacted the company and they gave the same pat apologies and blamed their service providers. Gee, I thought Nobelcom.com was supposed to provide service. And though I used up minutes on these calls, all they refunded was what was left in my account. People called me back thinking that I was too cheap to call them and that I had hung up on them right away. What a great way to make friends and influence people. If the service sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I would stay away from this service with a ten-foot pole (sorry, it is Rumanian, not Polish). What a rip-off!

“Hidden charges not disclosed when asked!!! ”

I think the review written has been written by the enjoy team as this simply isn't true. I did a chat conversation with one of their staff, carrie, asking about costa rica calls. Using a landline in Canada to call costa rica, I was told, categorically that the call charge is 7.5 cents per minute using a pin code. I specifically asked if there was anything else, i was told NO!!! Truth is, if you call from a local access number, the landline call cost is 2 cents per min, so, the cost is 9.5 cents either way, they give you a toll free number but charge your account 7.5 then 2 cents if you use the toll free number, or, youaway 7.5 for the call from your card and 2 cents landline call, but they hide this!!!! So effectively, a $20 card I've bought, isn't worth that, as they take $2 fee off it, then $5.23 in landline calls!!! They keep all this quiet so be warned!!!! They also go by the name enjoy prepaid as well as Nobel.

“SCAM- DONT USE!!”

The positive - comments- are definitely written from this company.This company is not ethical at it's best! Though it says "no hidden fees" like so many out there. After purchasing they slowly deduct $1 per week, plus some other hidden charges as you start to use your calling card. As the money dwindles down, its not the minutes your actually using- its the money they are draining out of the account.- Dont use this company!

PURCHASED A PHONE CARD THROUGH THE COMPANY, ATTEMPTED TO CALL A FRIEND IN BRAZIL, THE CALL WAS VERY CRACKLED AND ONLY LASTED 30 SECONDS. LATER ON THE DAY I TRIED THE SAME FRIEND AGAIN, AND WAS TOLD BY AN AUTOMATED VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM THAT I HAD NO MORE MINUTES. AFTER CALLING THE 1800 NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, THEY WERE SORRY, BUT TO REFUND THE MONEY OR THE MINUTES, I WOULD HAVE TO SEND THEM A FRONT AND BACK COPY OF MY CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. NOW, YOU TELL ME, THEY KNEW THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE SYSTEM, WHY COULD I JUST HAVE NOT HAD THE MINUTES REFUNDED?

“No meaningful information regarding the actual cost of...”

My wife and went on holiday to Canada for 4 weeks commencing late July. After hearing all sorts of horror stories re the cost of telephoning home we decided to purchase a Supersaver card from Nobelcom at a cost of £20 (we did point out to Nobelcom that calls would be from cell to cell) We chose the £20 Supersaver card because we thought if it did not work the only loss would be the purchase price. Were we glad of this!!!! when we returned from holiday we found that my phone bill was in excess of £80 and my wife's over £60. This was compared to our usual bills of £10 each. I investigated this and found that we were incurring astronomical charges for ringing the access numbers given by Nobelcom before placing the calls home. After taking up the matter with Nobelcom I eventually managed to discover that buried deep in the fine print is an obscure reference to such charges. At no time when buying this card do they give any hint that such charges will be incurred and give no direct warning To be honest I cannot see the point of buying such a card because in real time what do they save you? Anybody contemplating buying these cards from the people please pay heed to my mistake

Please do not be fooled by this company. Terrible disappointment. Bought £10 cards with promised over 3000 minutes I only managed to use 10 minutes out of that. Such a waste of time, effort and money. Do not recommend to anyone in the world.

Their rates are NOT what they claim. It can be anywhere from 4 - 6 times over! Land lines are close to what they claim, but they have misc charges they drain your card. However, they cell phone rates are 4 - 6 times over! I have had them for about probably over a year eight months and they have been increasing their rates of doing something. I have monitored my usage for two months and realized they are a complete fraud!

You do realize that you may have bought the wrong calling card? From what I know, they have cards for land lines and cards for cell phones and if you use a land card to call a cell, the rate is very very high.

What you people should understand is that these are low-cost products and that you cannot expect from them top quality. I mean, if you want crystal clear quality and immediate connectivity to the number, use ATT and it will cost you 20 times more. Honestly, where have you seen really cheap and high quality at the same time?

DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO NOBELCOM.

I tried to use this service to call Switzerland from the UK and they stole my money. Now all 4 of the customer service lines don't work so I have no way to contact them and, it seems, no way to get a refund.

I have not even received a call code from them.

This service should not be trusted.

I've used Nobelcom for at least two years. I do very little long-distance calling, so the minimum purchase lasts me about a year. However, the pinless dialing feature works for only 6 months! So, I have to dial the pin number for the last half of the year before its time to recharge my account again. Very annoying. Also, in the past month or two, the quality has gone downhill considerably. Oftentimes there is a lag time between you speak and the other person hears you and replies, making it very difficult to carry on a conversation. I'm shopping for another service.

“I bought a Nobel phone card online to use in Canada...”

I bought a Nobel phone card online to use in Canada about a week before going out.

When I arrived there I could not get it to work, trying on several occasions.

When I got home I emailed Nobel asking for a refund as I could not get it to work.

They replied saying that as they "were unable to verify the order" of 8th June "the order was cancelled"!

As they had sent me an email dated 9th June saying "Your Nobelcom.co.uk order is now complete" and giving me detailed instructions on how to use it I find this rather starnge.

Good thing there were alternative cards available in Canada which worked first time. Customer service a bit lacking here, so will not be trying them again!

I do not think they warrant even one star rating, but this site does not seem to allow less!

Do not buy this nobelcom card!
After I had paid, I try to use the card and could not. When I contacted them, they said I could not use it because I was "registered" with another calling card company. After I checked that this was not true, they refuse to give me my money back.

Pain in neck to dial all the numbers and you get tons of dropped calls in mid sentence. They claim to credit you back, however, it'll be like 24 cents when you just spent half and hour dropping calls and redialling numbers. They also have this automatic pin number dialling advertised, but it never worked for me.

I recommended Nobelcom www.nobelcom.com to 40 children on a school tour and now they all have problems using it! It is VERY embarrassing to me! Furthermore it is impossible to get onto your website! I am terribly disappointed and embarrassed; having recommended to 40 other people!

This card worked good for the first month. with the exception that I had to dial 3 or 4 times before connecting. The second month, the call quality was bad, the last two days I used this card, it was impossible to hear the person on the other side as it was very broken, like a cell phone in a bad area, only I was calling from a land line to a land line.

I called customer service and asked them to refund the unused balance, I spoke to a carrie on the phone. She told me that it is expensive for them to make refunds and that she would submit a report to the financial department to see if they would issue a refund or not.
