I had over $20 in calling credit left and Noblecom suspended my service and kept my money because they said I hadn't used my card in over a year. I had no warning and have no way of knowing when I last used their service but I'm certain it was within a year. I even added their App to my Cell phone for a Cruise we took in January of this year...I guess that didn't count either. I would strongly recommend reading their fine print if you are going to use them but as for me I'll find another... (read more)

They hide a $0.99 surcharge per call from a payphone in their language. It is a complete rip off. Furthermore, they do not make the usage details available online, so you don't see what they are actually charging. (read more)

They have in their website 10 minutes free anywhere in the world, and 5 minutes to certain countries. When I scrolled on the list, Cuba appears as one of the "5 minutes free". I set up the account, and got a text message with the information to make the call, tried calling and received a message saying I had no funds for the call. Bought a phone card using the "help" that pops up on the website. Got 72% of the minutes I purchased. When I called to find out what was going on, they said it was the "fees and charges". I tried this service to send credit to my mum's phone in Russia. I sent 20 dollars, and they said they would charge commission so she should get 18.35 dollars and that it would take from 15 sec. to complete the transfer. Guess what. She received around 16,6 dollars and it took many hours. 17% commission for the money transfer! What a rip off. Will never use again. (read more)

sales representative gave me wrong card even I gave her the number that I'm going to be calling, So when I use the card she gave me it lasted only 5 mins. It cost me 20$. Now i recharged it with another 20$ for a right card to call and I have 3.68$ balance left. I didn use any of that 20$, in few weeks they took hidden charges and fees of 16$. Which left me confused and messed up again. Hate this people and their service. I dont recommend to anyone!! (read more)

I honestly don't know what these people are complaining about.. I am a nobelcom customer for 3 years now and never had major problems. Sure, some connectivity issues appeared once, but hey.. I'm calling from Miami to Hong Kong, it's a looong way. Nobelcom is awful telephone card service. I had some problem and called customer service and after I claim a complain it gets fixed but rigght agter that the same problem happens. When you send them a message regarding technical issue, they reply you with an awkward template! And nothing is done to resolve customer's problem! Does not work with any of the cell numbers we've been calling successfully (with other providers) for years. Customer service is pretty responsive, but could not do anything more than say that none of our numbers exist - lame excuse! When I asked for a refund, they said they could not guarantee it, but would place a trouble ticket. I'm smelling a rat and will immediately dispute the charge with my CC. (read more)

Since I travel a lot, communication has always been a problem, since the romaing rates tend to get a little higher and to weigh more in your wallet. I knew about NobelCom calling cards from several friends, but not everywhere I go I get a landline. Luckily I have a smartphone and they have an app which can be used over 3G (still expensive abroad) or WiFi (mostly FREE everywhere). For three weeks I have been calling people in 3 other countries. All they hear at the other end is beeping. I can hear them. Before I was aware of this, I even left messages that, naturally, I thought had been recorded. All they heard was beeping. I have bee using NObelcom.com for 4 years or so to calling Japan. The pice is great.... however, recently, the connection is horrible. Mix line sounds to sound seemed so behind. Hard to have decent conversation. I am looking around to find company that will provide better connectibility.....

i use them all the time to call from uk to usa and the other way around and i simply love their rates: 0,9c/minute from usa to uk and 2,5c/min from uk to usa! i don't think one could find lower rates, honestly. unlike other prepaid cards, i never had dropped calls, always had a good and reliable connection. i use customer service to recharge my cards and they are always very helpful and polite. definitely a 5 star service!!! I think the review written has been written by the enjoy team as this simply isn't true. I did a chat conversation with one of their staff, carrie, asking about costa rica calls. Using a landline in Canada to call costa rica, I was told, categorically that the call charge is 7.5 cents per minute using a pin code. The setup can be done in a few seconds - you buy the phone card, receive the pin by email, get a local access number for the city you're in and start making calls. I recomeded this card to a friend, and I got 10 bucks on PIN, which is not something you see very often... 10 bucks is a quite a lot... my friend told me she got 5 bucks too, from my recomandation. I have a family with 2 beautiful kids that I need to call often to assure them daddy is okay and to put them to sleep with a nice story. Nobilecom.com is a dishonesty company with evil strategy to seize customer's money. They secretly increased calling rating without any notice. After you bought it many times, you would find you get less than promised minutes. Very evil company. I'm once a royal customer, but have to leave due to fraud behavior on hidden secret rating price increasing.
