Good Points: Price.
Bad Points: Poor customer feedback. Delivery times.
General comments: I ordered a Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi in February 2008. I'm still awaiting delivery Sept 3rd. I don't mind so much, but I was contacted recently and told it would be ready for delivery on Sept 1st. Subsequently I have contacted them and am still waiting for a reply.
I will update my review if and when my new car turns up.

The service I received from National Car Sales was fantastic, all the staff I spoke to were very friendly, and always willing to help out. From the word go, I was constantly kept in the know about when the car would arrive, and all the small details about it. Plus they gave me a good price for my old car as a trade in.
I always felt pressured by sales people when going to look at cars, but having found the car I wanted I went to NCS and found the whole process stress free.

I found the customer service excellant, the saleman went out of his way to answer all of my queries. I would not hesitate to recommend Nationwide to friends and family.

I purchased a Renault Sport Tourer at the best price I could find. The car came through a main dealer and was delivered at 7:15 am at my request. I was not let down it was valited to perfection and I was given a full demonstration of the controls.
The log book is withheld for 6 months to stop the car being sold at a knock down price near local dealers.
My experience with this Company was trouble free so I would recomend Nationwide to anybody willing to buy over the internet.

I have purchased two cars from Nationwide Car Contracts (the first in 2004 with the second delivered 4 days ago - March 2008). The initial purchase was as seamless and as problem- free as any major transaction I ' ve made.
My latest purchase has been just as seamless with only me being a bit of pain regarding the value of the trade in car and various calls to NCC to let them know if I wanted to exchange or not. In the end I managed to get over £300 more (not far off a private sale price) f ...

Some of the bad points listed will be the same no matter which on line agent you go with. I ordered a Ford Mondeo which had supply problems across the industry. This, and the low part ex. valuations I can except as this was an inconvenience I was willing to chance due to the price I was paying. Nationwide Car Sales seem very keen to give a good service but seem incapably of doing so. They rely on getting cars from dealers and I know they have said they will not use this Birmingham dealer ever again because they were let down on a number of cars.
They did seem genuinely concered, but simply incapable of doing anything to resolve the matter.
