    My second purchase of Clogau Gold. The first 'Eternal Love' and my second, the single 'Royal Rose' - all caught the 'stockist' sales assistants breath, when they un-packaged my purchases. Quite simply, they were not as large as the brochure depicted, therefore, their delicacy was powerfully projected - augmented by the beauty that the brochure could not project.

    Clogau Gold creations are a guaranteed delight to the lucky recipient. The sheer beauty of their designs,cannot fail to draw approval ...

    I looked on the Clogau website to browse the products before making my choice, I found the website very clear and easy to use and the pictures of the articles give a good idea of how they look. I found however that the items I have look even better in reality.
    I decided to speak to one of their customer services team before making a final choice and found their explanations excellent.

    Great deals on the official Clogau Gold site in the run up to xmas.
    Quality of this jewellery is second to none - I now have collected nearly 10 pieces of this wonderful jewellery and all of them have been perfect and I have never had a problem with any of them. I would recommend shopping direct though as delivery times are sometimes longer if shopping through stockists sites and I'm not sure how this affects the warranty.

    I have purchased two items from Clogau gold, 1 through QVC, the other direct from web site.BOTH have had to be returned because of bad design or very poor workmanship.I am waiting a response from the company for an item sent 27th DEC 2007 for replacement, and to date have not received a response (06.01.08) of any description even after requesting this was escalated to the MD. I will never under any circumstances purchase anything from this company again I found the poor quality and poor service ...

    I found the Clogau Gold website to be very easy to use. There are lots of search options across categories, collections ad price ranges. It is straightforward to find exactly what I want, and the checkout process is very good.
    The pictures of the jewellery were excellent, and they were very detailed and clear. There is plenty of choice too.

    Clogau Gold produce jewellery of the highest quality, and the designs are beautiful.
