Everything about this product seems really good. Very quiet, well built and is a straight forward trolley that does exactly what it is supposed to do. I really did not mind paying the price offered at my American Golf shop because when I stood it against the other makes, it was as good or better at a cheaper price. The AG people like the product as well. they say the support for this product is really good.

A ZERO Rating for customer care at A1 Power Bug Sport. All was well regarding the product and initial service .Only problem has been after 9 months, one of the 2 batteries purchased is not holding a charge. To date I have sent 3 faxes and 3 E Mails plus a voice mail and only after my last call[3 weeks after initially being told it will be sorted ] have I now had contact. The customer care STINKS. I will update if and when things develope further.

I have seen the Power Bug and hear good comments from people who own them. I recently took the plunge and purchased one from American Golf. The trolley is great. Mine is a digital model and when I called power Bug to ask about charging the battery, they were really helpful.
I have had my trolley for over six months now and would not be without it. I wuld recommend powerbug.

Used the A1 power bug sport trolley for just over a season and last week the wheel snapped off requiring a new axel. Axel is made of aluminium so beware their strength is poor. I play on a parkland course and so the trolley hasn't been subject to the ups and downs of hilly courses. The price of anew axel is £39.99p and given I paid £100.00p for the trolley it doesn't seem worth the replacement cost as it will be likely other items will also break soon.

Strong frame, light and small enough to fit into the boot. I like this make because the product is simple to use and very reliable. I have had so many arguments with my wife that after a year of using mine, she has bought one for herself!
What credit crunch!!

The people at A1 Power Bug assisted me with my purchase and are really easy to deal with. Makes a change to talk to a person rather than some automated system.

I like the new digital features and bag support. With the 200w motor, the product is as good as many of the more expensive makes. Well made and the power bug people seem to have listened to comments to improve their product.

The A1 Power Bug Sport has a very nice shape. The standard battery is good enough for 18 holes and you can easily fold it down.Very good value for that price.

Easy to carry, fold, unfold etc - good battery, charger - helpful people at Hare Hatch. When you fold it up, the handle swings down and the speed control button hits the front wheel carrier. I don't know if this would lead to failure in time. I have a suspicion that the earlier non-digital Powerbug would have been better but I was too late to get one of those!

My Power Bug makes a constant squeaky noise which is annoying to myself and fellow players. Also it is difficult to get the Velcro straps tight enough to hold the golf bag in one position.
